My relative has been well looked after, all the staff are great and answer any questions asked of them, The facility is spotless clean.

The food is very good. Also, my husband doesn't interact but some of the other clients do. They do try with him sometimes though.

No fault in care. Lack of activities, my room is always clean. Staff are friendly. They were family when covid hot. Hard to contact upper management if I have a problem.

I like my room. It is a lot bigger than my old room in another setting. I like that I have an ensuite in my room. I like that I have a patio door looking out at the garden.

Staff very welcoming and attentive. Friendly atmosphere at Beacon Lodge. My brother can display challenging behaviour on occasion which has always been handled by staff professionally and sensitively. Good communication regarding appointments etc.
