Since my husband has been at Southbourne Beach Care Home he has improved immensely. The staff are kind and caring and so patient. Morgan is an excellent manager and nothing is too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Southbourne Beach Care Home to anybody seeking care.

We're very grateful for the excellent care that Dad has received at Southbourne Beach Care Home. Morgyn is an excellent manager, nothing is too much trouble, and everything that we've needed for Dad's care after a brain injury we've received. I highly recommend this care home, having experienced
poor care at 2 previous homes. Thanks to all the staff.

It's been a pleasure to stay here and would recommend it to anyone who needs care, the people in charge and all the staff look after you and are always pleasant no matter what your needs are.

I chose to join in time for Mum to join in with the yoga session. It was led by Molly, who I thought was outstanding in terms of her calm and friendly manner, clarity, recognition of each resident by name when they made any effort and positive approach.
She easily coped with occasional reluctance
from a resident and made the very large group individual. I've always found the care staff professional and welcoming. This session demonstrated the quality of the therapeutic activities.

I came last year for a short visit whilst my family were travelling abroad and so was familiar with the care home, recently, as we agreed it was the right time for me to need permanent care I was very happy to return. I have now completed my first week and can honestly say it is the right decision
everyone, all staff and carers have been so welcoming and lovely and helpful already, I know I am going to be very happy.

Southbourne offers a safe and friendly place for all residents. There is always a warm welcome from staff when visiting. All residents are shown respect and compassion by all of the staff. It is a happy place for residents and relatives.

A close friend has recently moved to this care home and I am pleased with the choice they made. The home is very welcoming as soon you walk in, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere puts you at ease. You can see the other residents enjoying their daily lives and it is clear that Southbourne
Beach is a lovely place to be. The home has everything my friend needs a more from so many activities, to tasty food and a very clean environment.

I left my mother for the third time for respite, I knew she would be safe and happy. All the staff are helpful and there is a wide range of activities and entertainment for all.
We will definitely use Southbourne Beach again.

My wife has now been in Southbourne Beach Care Home almost 12 months and our family have all been pleased with the care all the staff have have given us, whenever I visit I feel welcome. A great asset at Southbourne is the large open plan public room, when visiting you always find a quiet spot to
chat. This was the correct decision.

Southbourne Beach is a comfortable and caring home .
Good food and lovely grounds. Feel well looked after and lots of activities to do. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Situated close to the beach walks are lovely.

This care home is the most wonderful place you could hope for, the staff are incredible they take care of the residents and their relatives in every way. It is the most beautiful and practical compassionate place you could wish for in beautiful surroundings. The activities and outings are
exceptional. I am so happy I found this care home for my lovely mum.

I don't usually write reviews but felt like I had to after visiting my uncle here at Southbourne. I have got to say what a lovely place; everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My uncle loves the newly refurbished room and he's made it like home from home - I'd be happy to stay
here!
