Dad has been at Sway since late last year and just wanted to say how well the whole team in Sway has taken care to help Dad settle in at 91 years old, never easy. All of my expectations have been met, and some surpassed.
Sharon, in the Dining room with her colleagues, deserves a special mention
together with Josh and his team; both groups have allowed Dad to transition very well into what has been a first-class living environment and make the most of all the opportunities to integrate or not.
Well done and thank you, Francis and the whole Sway team.

Lovely surroundings, very welcoming to everyone. Super cafe and provisions for all residents and visitors. My friend is well looked after, loads going on if you want to join in. The staff and management are kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Can't fault them in any way. Friendly, thorough and work as a team. Activities are well run by Jo; lots of variety. Meals are excellent, great choice. Beautiful surroundings, very well maintained.

Excellent care. Teamwork amazing. Effective open communication. Attention to detail - my mum is Welsh and the Welsh Dragon flag was flying when she arrived. She was so happy and said the welcome could not have been better. The food is wonderful and the environment is immaculate. The manager is
always visible and the staff obviously respect him. The atmosphere is home and calm. My mum is very happy.

This is a pleasant place with excellent caring staff. They offer excellent attention and the whole place is comfortable and feels safe.

My husband has been very happy at Sway Place the staff and facilities are 5* he was pleased to go in the art room and be able to paint. I was kept in touch by Rosie and Laura which was very reassuring. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. Especially giving him comfortable chairs! His room
was very comfortable too.

Sway Place is a care home which offers its residents a very caring attitude together with tranquility, kindness, an upbeat attitude and happiness throughout the whole team. From the moment you enter the location you are met with a feeling of being well and truly looked after in every sense of the
word. I cannot find fault with anything and although my friend is merely there for a respite duration he was made so very welcome not only by the staff but additionally by the other kind and hospitable residents already in situ. His room is comfortable, very warm, immaculately clean and cosy and I am happy he is there to recuperate. There are many things for him to enjoy throughout the day should he so wish or he can be totally at peace in his room which is a delightful balance. I would highly recommend Sway Place for its location, overall ambience, quality and service provided it truly is a luxury home away from home.

Sway Place is an excellent care home for the needs of my brother and the memory care floor. He has always been treated with respect and dignity by kind, caring and professional staff. As his condition has significantly deteriorated over the last eight months being challenging at times his care has
been exceptional. The staff provide kind understanding care at all times. The staff always provide incredible support to us. Keeping us informed. It is very comforting to know he in such safe hands.

I wish to thank the management and the staff for giving me the very special 100th birthday. It was splendid & I do appreciate all the effort put into it, especially one lady who did so much to mark the occasion. I very much appreciate the help I receive and the friendship of you all.

Since my arrival two years ago I have no complaints. I have had kindness and help from all staff members. My own room and all public rooms spotlessly clean.

I have been very happy ay Sway Place for six years and have found the quality of the staff and the restaurant first class.

Having been a resident at this home. I've come to know that the staff are always willing and helpful, always having the time for questions. Grounds are immaculate and their hospitality often extends to a glass of wine!

I am a resident at Sway Place. My wife and I find the activities programme magnificent. The home is splendidly designed for the range of activities and the care and well being of residents.

As a resident of Sway Place my husband and I feel that the care staff are always willing to involve themselves with the residents and any difficulties they may have.

I have found all the staff who look after my husband (who has Alzheimer's) to be extremely helpful. They are always cheerful and happy to talk about any concerns you might have. I particularly appreciate the fact that there is always plenty going on. The activities that are organised are imaginative
and include a huge variety - piano playing, art, dog cafe, men's club, visits to the theatre etc. Although my husband does not choose to get involved much, it makes Sway Place a lively place to be.

My mother is very happy here and finds the staff very friendly, respectful and helpful - as do I. A happy environment providing a high level of care.

Excellent care all round with management team leaders, staff, chef, cleaners all contributing to a great care service all round. Particularly good is the understanding of dementia conditions that are very unsettling and confusing at times for my mother - but the staff patience and understanding
along with the care helps alieviate my mothers 'confusion' as a son I know she is in a great place and well cared for and safe.
