View Full Details of Bilton CourtLovely friendly staff, nothing is too much bother I like the way staff offer team + coffee to relatives that are visiting & they always have a smile on their faces & are nice & chatty makes everyone feel at ease. Lovely home & would deinatley recommend it to anyone.
The staff at Bilton Court are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum's lost her mobility and can no longer weight bare but that's no problem, they just hoist her from bed to wheelchair and take her to join in activities. They've got her a reclining chair for her room as her legs ache in the afternoons. She has her hair done, her feet done. Tea & biscuits whenever she wants. 10 out of 10
My mum has been at Bilton Court since December 2024. We are very happy with the care that she recieves and mum loves living there so we couldn't ask for anything more. There are daily activities provided which mum loves participating in
Overall my brother and I are very happy with the care, help and support Mum receives in Bilton Court. Several of the staff often pop in and see Mum even if they are working in another area. One or 2 will always encourage Mum to take part in the activities and also help her to the dining room for meals.
I follow Bilton Court on a social media platform, my father in law loved playing darts and being outside, I saw the pictures from today where residents are playing darts outside, my father in law always loves being outside and this would have helped him with his mental health, so rather than just sitting in one room and staring at four walls. My father in law has mental health issues and this would also help him to engage with others, my own mother had Alzheimer's and it was upsetting to see her sitting in her room whilst other more mobile residents were always asked to join in
My dad has been at Bilton Court for over a year. He initially went there for respite as he was unwell and needed care. He recovered his health and decided to stay. He loves being cared for even more than he loved his independence and it leaves him with more energy for social activities. He still uses a taxi to go out and meet friends and goes to his day care once a week as he loves to see his friends there too. He often expresses how safe he feels and that he has everything he could possibly want; good food, comfort and a beautiful view from his window. The carers even arranged an outing just for dad to one of his favourite places. He feels safe and valued. It is lovely to hear from him how happy he is. He is 95 years old and is receiving the best care he could have from a wonderful team. We are always made welcome when we visit. I would recommend this care home to anyone, so much so that at least one of dad's friends will join him here soon.
Cheese and Wine Evening. A lovely friendly atmosphere. It was very heartwarming to see my mum and other residents enjoying themselves. A great opportunity to get to chat to other residents and their families. Thank you to the staff.
Mum loves her stay at Bilton Court. She feels safe, the food is very good, and she says all I have to do is pull this string and someone comes. She is not very sociable, but there is no pressure for her to mix with other residents, which she appreciates. There is always a warm welcome for us and we are thankful she settled from day one.
My mom loves it here, she was worried about going into a care home but after two days of settling in, she loves it. The staff can't do enough for her, she loves them. We were so lucky we found this place.
All the staff are polite and always very helpful when I go and see my mother. If I have any questions they are there to answer them and it's nice to go up to Bilton Court to see my mother and see lovely people with a smile on their faces.
Due to my husband's advanced dementia and issues with my health, I made the difficult decision to seek a care home placement for him, initially three weeks for the price of two introductory offer, then continuing into a full-time arrangement. From the outset, the staff were wonderfully understanding in relation to our challenging circumstances, from the initial assessment at home (which our daughter dealt with) to the admissions, during early December, to the present time. My husband's room is bright and well-equipped, there are always helpful carers about, health matters and administration are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, visitors are welcomed. I am confident that, in the absence of me being able to care for my husband, he is in a safe and caring place where staff strive to meet his needs.
Chair in Mother's room very grubby, could do with replacing.
My mother has been a resident of Bilton Court since March 2024. She is so pleased to be living there. The care is exemplary, the food is amazing, and she has company, warmth, security and safety 24/7. She says frequently to me that she loves living there, and is so glad not to be living independently anymore. It is her home. The staff from top to bottom are wonderful. The variety of activities are wide-ranging and suitable for all. The facilities are clean and comfortable; I often say it's like a Premier Inn for old folk!
I visited my friend along with his sister-in-law. Security is excellent on entering, everywhere is clean, friendly and bright with all the Christmas decorations. My friend's wife is terminally ill, resulting in him eventually being admitted to Bilton Court. The staff we encountered were caring and respectful and mindful of a little chat which was calming and reassuring. It is a clean, homely environment. My friend enjoys his food. There were two carers who I feel shone.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone involved in looking after Mum during her last year. There were times when you had to go the extra mile but she appreciated that and used to tell us how kind everyone was and how well she was looked after. For that, I will be forever grateful. My husband and I send our best wishes to all and our heartfelt thanks.
Very happy with the care my mum was given. All the staff were very friendly and considerate. My only complaint would be that she wasn't reminded to have a bath in her time there.
Could not be happy with the care and support Mum is receiving. All the staff are so kind and supportive.

It is always a pleasant experience to come to Bilton Court. Clean, tidy, friendly environment and happy residents and staff. Cupcakes, excellent!
The experience that I have had of Bilton Court looking after my grandmother is a tremendous one, they have taken care of her every need and always made sure she is well looked after and has everything she needs. The staff are always so caring and considerate, I couldn't thank them enough.
