Lovely staff, friendly and professional staff. My brother is really well looked after. The home is very clean, residents are the top priority. The staff ensure residents meals are catered for individually if they do not like something on the menu. When we walk inside the home, we feel it is well managed. The only negative is the outdoor seating area in the garden which could do with the painting of furniture and the flags needing a good clean and a garden makeover as it is quite overgrown.

I had to move from Kent to Northampton as my partner died, so moved to be with family. I was very anxious to move from my home to a care home. The staff have supported me so much and have made the experience moving to a care home excellent. I am so happy in my new home, the staff is so friendly and make me laugh again.

My grandad was well looked after in Bilton court, the care home itself is a very clean calm environment. All staff are very welcoming and caring and always made all the family feel very welcome. Before grandad got too poorly he enjoyed participating in activities and my daughter was always welcomed to join in too. The best care home around for miles.

From the moment our grandmother arrived, we knew she was in the best hands. The level of personalised care and attentiveness she receives is exceptional. The staff truly take the time to understand her needs, preferences, and routines, ensuring she feels comfortable, valued, and at home every day.

They consistently go above and beyond, not only meeting her physical needs but also providing genuine companionship and emotional support. It's clear they care deeply about every resident.

As a family, the biggest comfort is the peace of mind we have. Knowing she is safe, happy, and so well looked after makes all the difference. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Bilton Court to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care.

My mother in law first went into the home in august for respite care, since december she has now become a full time resident , the staff are always happy, friendly and will take time out to talk if time , nothing is too much for any of the carers/team leaders , they try to encourage mum to join in activites, mum has become less mobile and needs more help and they are very good with her, the home is such a lovely place, on some of my visits ive been offered tea/coffee, office staff are friendly and always keep us up to date with any information regarding mum, if i was asked for recommendations for a care home from friends id highly recommend bilton court

My husband has been cared for at Bilton Court for nearly a year. He went to live there at a traumatic time. I was in hospital for several months with a life-threatening illness and my husband was eight years into a Dementia diagnosis and thought by his Consultant to be in the late stages of his illness. We both needed care, but couldn't care for one another.
The Manager and her staff have been a pillar of strength for both of us..A culture of kindness, care and calm permeates the building. The leadership is first class, people are listened to, and their needs responded to. The Care and housekeeping staff are lovely with my husband and welcome his visitors. My husband enjoys his meals and snacks and is helped to eat. Medical issues are dealt with promptly and the Medical Centre next door offers comprehensive support service.

I am thankjful to know that my husband receives the best of care. That is a great comfort to me. Thank you very much, one and all at Bilton Court.

The staff at Bilton Court are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.

Mum's lost her mobility and can no longer weight bare but that's no problem, they just hoist her from bed to wheelchair and take her to join in activities. They've got her a reclining chair for her room as her legs ache in the afternoons. She has her hair done, her feet done. Tea & biscuits whenever she wants. 10 out of 10

Overall my brother and I are very happy with the care, help and support Mum receives in Bilton Court. Several of the staff often pop in and see Mum even if they are working in another area.

One or 2 will always encourage Mum to take part in the activities and also help her to the dining room for meals.

I follow Bilton Court on a social media platform, my father in law loved playing darts and being outside, I saw the pictures from today where residents are playing darts outside, my father in law always loves being outside and this would have helped him with his mental health, so rather than just sitting in one room and staring at four walls.

My father in law has mental health issues and this would also help him to engage with others, my own mother had Alzheimer's and it was upsetting to see her sitting in her room whilst other more mobile residents were always asked to join in

Reply from Zoe Smith, Manager at Bilton Court

Thank you for taking the time to review Bilton Court. Our activities programme is arranged with our residents' input, but we are sorry your Father-in-Law hasn't been supported more to join in. My dad has been at Bilton Court for over a year. He initially went there for respite as he was unwell and needed care. He recovered his health and decided to stay. He loves being cared for even more than he loved his independence and it leaves him with more energy for social activities. He still uses a taxi to go out and meet friends and goes to his day care once a week as he loves to see his friends there too. He often expresses how safe he feels and that he has everything he could possibly want; good food, comfort and a beautiful view from his window. The carers even arranged an outing just for dad to one of his favourite places. He feels safe and valued. It is lovely to hear from him how happy he is. He is 95 years old and is receiving the best care he could have from a wonderful team. We are always made welcome when we visit. I would recommend this care home to anyone, so much so that at least one of dad's friends will join him here soon.

Mum loves her stay at Bilton Court. She feels safe, the food is very good, and she says all I have to do is pull this string and someone comes. She is not very sociable, but there is no pressure for her to mix with other residents, which she appreciates. There is always a warm welcome for us and we are thankful she settled from day one.

I visited my friend along with his sister-in-law. Security is excellent on entering, everywhere is clean, friendly and bright with all the Christmas decorations. My friend's wife is terminally ill, resulting in him eventually being admitted to Bilton Court. The staff we encountered were caring and respectful and mindful of a little chat which was calming and reassuring. It is a clean, homely environment. My friend enjoys his food. There were two carers who I feel shone.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone involved in looking after Mum during her last year. There were times when you had to go the extra mile but she appreciated that and used to tell us how kind everyone was and how well she was looked after. For that, I will be forever grateful.

My husband and I send our best wishes to all and our heartfelt thanks.
