Bilton Court turned 30. Wow, the home put on a great party. My mother certainly enjoyed the entertainment. There was party food and an ice cream van turned up. My Mother really enjoyed her ice cream. The atmosphere in the home was buzzing. There were people selling different products from beauty products to wax melts. Everyone, residents and staff, were extremely happy. A well thought out day.

When me and my sister first went to Bilton Court we both felt that was the place for him. So clean and friendly.

The food is so good and so much choice. There's plenty of activities and love the coffee shop. The gardens are kept lovely. Find the staff so caring. So grateful for taking him in.

Throughout my father's stay the home, he was very well cared for, especially following the death of my mother. The previous week before his death he was put on end of life care. He was treated with the utmost dignity by all health professionals and particular by the care home staff. Their support of us and our needs as a family were always respectful and first class. We would not fault the treatment received and we will always remember this with gratitude. Bilton Court is a tip-top place for those spending their final days.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with Bilton Court on all counts. I also appreciate the difficulties the staff face daily. My mother was also in the home many years ago, it was good then but it's improved immensely since then. The home is very clean and well decorated very hygienic too. I'd like to thank everyone for the care they give to my wife and all the residents. Thank you.

I cannot commend Bilton Court too highly. They were truly outstanding in their care of my much loved late mother. This covered every person involved from staff in charge right down the kitchen and housekeeping staff. Her room was lovely, the food brilliant the lounge companionable, the attention to her illness, but best of all was their kind and constant care to mother. Outstanding. Already posted on facebook.

The management and care delivery at Bilton Court has greatly improved since last year. My mum has been a resident at Bilton Court for over 4 years and during this time her health needs have changed. Previously we have experienced difficulties and care delivery has not always been as you would expect, however since the new management have come to Bilton Court care has improved greatly. Mum's needs are being met, any problems listened to and acted upon. She is 'cared' for now, comfortable and happy. Thank you to all at Bilton Court.

My experience with Bilton Court was that I was very satisfied with the standard in the home. She was reluctant to go in at first but settled in very quickly. She enjoyed the activities and joined in. She does not get involved with very much now owing t her age 92 and her worsening condition.

She enjoyed outside groups entertaining. The staff are outstanding and stars. More carers are needed to keep up the high standards they are overworked. New management teams are very helpful.

We as a family are so pleased we chose Bilton Court. From the word go, the care and support we have had for both parents is amazing. Even in the sad passing of mum, from the care staff, housekeeping staff, catering staff and management team.

We thank you so much.

Service and facilities have improved during the past 6 months. Mum would benefit from more time spent with her by staff, not just when she needs a specific visit e.g food etc

My brother and I are very pleased with the care mum is getting at Bilton Court. The staff are very kind, patient and cheerful and do so much to make the residents feel comfortable and at home. Nothing is too much trouble, there is a nice easy going atmosphere and visitors are made to feel very welcome.
The management report any concerns promptly and deal with matters in a professional way.

It is a great comfort to know that mum is happy there and has the support and care she needs.

Friendly, amiable staff who always try their utmost to be helpful and kind. The bedrooms and communal areas are always clean and tidy. Meals are not always suited to my father's taste but there always alternatives offered. Plenty of activities are always available if the residents are willing to participate. The management team have always been accommodating to my father's needs and that of our family. Overall, very pleased with the care and support given.
