The care our brother gets is very fulfilling. He doesn't join in all the activities, but that is his own choice (no pressure). The staff are really kind and caring with residents. Also, helpful if we have any questions or need advice about our brother. The meals always look appetising and plentiful. Well done, all staff.

The most wonderful team led by the most awesome managers. Bilton Court is the most fantastic care home I have come across. They simply go above and beyond any expectations. The whole team treats their residents and their resident's families as they are their own flesh and blood. If I were to need to be in a care home, these are the people I would want to look after me 100%. Thank you team Bilton. We appreciate everything you do.

I find the staff caring, kind, supportive and communicated with me if any concerns or challenges, as my mum has dementia and has given me peace of mind that she is being cared for by truly amazing people.

Mum has been in Bilton Court for just over two years and I know that she is looked after by a really caring team. I have felt reassured over the past year, that she hasn’t been lonely and there are always staff looking to do the best for her.
The management team have always put themselves out for her and if there has ever been a problem they have done what’s needed to resolve it.
During this difficult year, they have always gone out of their way to enable us to have contact with our loved ones and as soon as they were able to let us in to visit, there was a lovely warm welcome back from the staff.

I will be eternally grateful to all the staff for giving Mum the love and care that I have been unable to give during these COVID times.

If you are looking for a Care home that really cares and goes that extra mile, then Bilton Court is the one! We were looking for care for my father in law during covid times so we were unable to visit. From the beginning, the Care Manager did everything she could to facilitate us. We had zoom meetings with her where she took us on a tour of the home, discussed Dad's needs and showed us a lovely room for Dad which was decorated beautifully and overlooked the garden. Dad settled in well at Bilton and became part of the Bilton family. Bilton kept us informed on Dad's care and although we couldn't visit we all felt like a weight had lifted and at Bilton, he was safe and well cared for. There is a family feel at Bilton and all the staff are fantastic. There are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with and these are often shared on their Facebook page which is great for the family to see who cannot visit. Thank you Bilton staff for being so caring and kind to my dad.

Dad was in Bilton Court for just over a year and settled very quickly despite being very reluctant to leave his home. He was 101 when he became a resident and still fairly independent. The careers were fantastic with him and allowed him to retain as much independence as was safe for him. They monitored his health and well being, and although he became very frail, he was still able to enjoy life. He was able to phone his family every day, and we enjoyed several garden visits in the summer. Most of all the staff, under the guidance of their manager, were able to keep all the resident's COVID free for the whole year. As a family, we couldn’t have asked for a better, safer, friendlier place for Dad to spend his final year. Would recommend it to anyone looking for care for their elderly relatives.

Mum has been at Bilton Court for 3-years. In that time, I have come to realise how lucky we have been in our choice of a care home. The layout of the building is excellent, but the standout is the quality of care, whether in calm times or crises, provided by the staff and the organisation. My appreciation has been amplified by their performance since coronavirus invaded our lives. Thank you.

Bilton Court is absolutely amazing to both their residents and the family and friends of those residents. My nan spent time there before she sadly passed away and my grandad is there now along with his brother.

They receive five-star care throughout the day and night. The carers always go above and beyond for them and their families and they work really long hours caring for them all. They get the residents engaged in so many fun activities and the food for them is all homemade and very good. A gold star care home, the best.

Excellent facility, with very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to try and do anything for you and that is difficult with me as I have played international rugby all over the world and I am not easily pleased. One very strong point is the help given due to the variable residents who all have different problems, both physical and mental health.

We have had dealings with Bilton Court for several years now, and we cannot stress highly enough how satisfied we are with the care provided to our parents and other residents, who are always treated with total respect and dignity; we couldn't ask for more.

The premises are always clean and fresh, and the food is wonderful, but it is the devotion of all members of staff that is totally beyond reproach. They cannot be faulted on any level; we cannot recommend Bilton Court highly enough, many thanks to all concerned.

Bilton Court is a lovely, caring home, even more so during the current pandemic. We have been kept informed at all times by email, phone calls and photos. The staff work so hard and show so much dedication. We’ve not seen our mum since March, but know she is safe and well cared for.

The standard of care at Bilton Court is very good. Perhaps just as importantly, the staff take the time to make my mother "at home". The food and surroundings are fine. I can rest assured that my mother is being cared for.

Bilton Court is the most welcoming and loving care home. The decor is beautiful and is always smelling lovely and fresh. Bilton Court really go out of their way every day to ensure all residents are healthy and happy. In my opinion, Bilton Court is one of the best care homes in Wellingborough.

My friend never wanted to go into a care home, but he is very pleased that he did. He is well looked after and cared for. The staff are lovely and they do really care about their residents. Within a day of being at Bilton Court, my friend had his hair and nails trimmed and he was made to feel really welcome. He has just celebrated his birthday and the staff all went in to see him and the chef made him a cake.

Great service, great staff. Keep up the good work.

Bilton Court have consistently gone above and beyond in their care for my grandma and grandad since my grandma died they have taken such amazing care of my grandad and kept him going through the toughest time in his life. They’ve made sure he isn’t lonely and been fantastic towards him. He’s not the easiest sometimes to look after but they’ve been beyond what we hoped, especially the Manager who has just been incredible and I cannot ever thank her enough for the support she’s provided my grandad and my family. She’s incredible.

This is a well kept and well-run home. Staff are very caring but there is an occasional breakdown in communication between teams, otherwise things are excellent. The main problem is gaining access at weekends. The current system inconveniences staff and takes them away from their tasks.

Reply from Carley Young, Manager at Bilton Court

Thank you for taking the time to review Bilton Court and we are pleased that you are extremely likely to recommend our home. We will speak to staff regarding communication. Our priority is ensuring that our residents and staff are safe at all times in respect of access. We would be happy to discuss any concerns at a mutually convenient time.

Went to visit a friend in December. The home was lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and appeared very caring to the residents. While there it was lunchtime the food looked good and plenty of it. I work in care myself and I would recommend this home 100%. The bedrooms were like their own sitting rooms all well looked after. The gardens are well looked after and looked very inviting.
