Bilton Court in Wellingborough is a care home providing quality care and facilities within a comfortable and relaxing environment and welcomes new residents for care. If you are looking for a Care home that really cares and goes that extra mile, then Bilton Court is the one! We were looking for care for my father in law during covid times so we were unable to visit. From the beginning, the Care Manager did everything she could to facilitate us. We had zoom meetings
with her where she took us on a tour of the home, discussed Dad's needs and showed us a lovely room for Dad which was decorated beautifully and overlooked the garden. Dad settled in well at Bilton and became part of the Bilton family. Bilton kept us informed on Dad's care and although we couldn't visit we all felt like a weight had lifted and at Bilton, he was safe and well cared for. There is a family feel at Bilton and all the staff are fantastic. There are lots of activities for the residents to get involved with and these are often shared on their Facebook page which is great for the family to see who cannot visit. Thank you Bilton staff for being so caring and kind to my dad.

Dad was in Bilton Court for just over a year and settled very quickly despite being very reluctant to leave his home. He was 101 when he became a resident and still fairly independent. The careers were fantastic with him and allowed him to retain as much independence as was safe for him. They monitored
his health and well being, and although he became very frail, he was still able to enjoy life. He was able to phone his family every day, and we enjoyed several garden visits in the summer. Most of all the staff, under the guidance of their manager, were able to keep all the resident's COVID free for the whole year. As a family, we couldn’t have asked for a better, safer, friendlier place for Dad to spend his final year. Would recommend it to anyone looking for care for their elderly relatives.

Mum has been at Bilton Court for 3-years. In that time, I have come to realise how lucky we have been in our choice of a care home. The layout of the building is excellent, but the standout is the quality of care, whether in calm times or crises, provided by the staff and the organisation. My appreciation

Bilton Court is absolutely amazing to both their residents and the family and friends of those residents. My nan spent time there before she sadly passed away and my grandad is there now along with his brother.
They receive five-star care throughout the day and night. The carers always go above and
beyond for them and their families and they work really long hours caring for them all. They get the residents engaged in so many fun activities and the food for them is all homemade and very good. A gold star care home, the best.

Excellent facility, with very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to try and do anything for you and that is difficult with me as I have played international rugby all over the world and I am not easily pleased. We have had dealings with Bilton Court for several years now, and we cannot stress highly enough how satisfied we are with the care provided to our parents and other residents, who are always treated with total respect and dignity; we couldn't ask for more.
The premises are always clean and fresh,
and the food is wonderful, but it is the devotion of all members of staff that is totally beyond reproach. They cannot be faulted on any level; we cannot recommend Bilton Court highly enough, many thanks to all concerned.

My friend never wanted to go into a care home, but he is very pleased that he did. He is well looked after and cared for. The staff are lovely and they do really care about their residents. Within a day of being at Bilton Court, my friend had his hair and nails trimmed and he was made to feel really
welcome. He has just celebrated his birthday and the staff all went in to see him and the chef made him a cake.
Great service, great staff. Keep up the good work.

Bilton Court have consistently gone above and beyond in their care for my grandma and grandad since my grandma died they have taken such amazing care of my grandad and kept him going through the toughest time in his life. They’ve made sure he isn’t lonely and been fantastic towards him. He’s not the
easiest sometimes to look after but they’ve been beyond what we hoped, especially the Manager who has just been incredible and I cannot ever thank her enough for the support she’s provided my grandad and my family. She’s incredible.

This is a well kept and well-run home. Staff are very caring but there is an occasional breakdown in communication between teams, otherwise things are excellent. The main problem is gaining access at weekends. The current system inconveniences staff and takes them away from their tasks.

Went to visit a friend in December. The home was lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and appeared very caring to the residents. While there it was lunchtime the food looked good and plenty of it. I work in care myself and I would recommend this home 100%. The bedrooms were like their own sitting
rooms all well looked after. The gardens are well looked after and looked very inviting.

Bilton Court turned 30. Wow, the home put on a great party. My mother certainly enjoyed the entertainment. There was party food and an ice cream van turned up. My Mother really enjoyed her ice cream. The atmosphere in the home was buzzing. There were people selling different products from beauty products
to wax melts. Everyone, residents and staff, were extremely happy. A well thought out day.

When me and my sister first went to Bilton Court we both felt that was the place for him. So clean and friendly.
The food is so good and so much choice. There's plenty of activities and love the coffee shop. The gardens are kept lovely. Find the staff so caring. So grateful for taking him in.

Throughout my father's stay the home, he was very well cared for, especially following the death of my mother. The previous week before his death he was put on end of life care. He was treated with the utmost dignity by all health professionals and particular by the care home staff. Their support of
us and our needs as a family were always respectful and first class. We would not fault the treatment received and we will always remember this with gratitude. Bilton Court is a tip-top place for those spending their final days.

My Name is Zoe Smith and I am the Home Manager of Bilton Court care home. I began my journey at Bilton Court as Home Manager in February 2024.


I have worked within the care industry since I was 18 years of age, and throughout this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and worked with and cared for some amazing people. Whilst working in care, I have gained NVQ’s and other diplomas. I have worked in a few different care homes, which has provided me with a depth of experience.


My favourite part of the job is working with my team; knowing that we are making a difference. I work hard to ensure that we are providing a high standard of care and that Bilton Court is a happy place for our staff and our residents. I like to support my team with their own development in their respective roles. I’m never too busy to help lead and guide them.


I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life and hearing all of their amazing stories they have to tell.

Hello, my name is Sonia, I am the Deputy Manager for Bilton Court. I have been with Anchor for almost 5 years, working in a few care homes as a Deputy Manager.


I have worked in various care and nursing homes for 34 years. I have been supporting the team and residents here at Bilton Court for almost a year
I enjoy getting to know our residents and hearing their vivid memories and life experiences. I love to see our residents happy and promote their independence as much as possible.
