We currently have two vacancies for care. Please contact Bilton Court directly for further details.
My Name is Zoe Smith and I am the Home Manager of Bilton Court care home. I began my journey at Bilton Court as Home Manager in February 2024.
I have worked within the care industry since I was 18 years of age, and throughout this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and worked with and cared for some amazing people. Whilst working in care, I have gained NVQ’s and other diplomas. I have worked in a few different care homes, which has provided me with a depth of experience.
My favourite part of the job is working with my team; knowing that we are making a difference. I work hard to ensure that we are providing a high standard of care and that Bilton Court is a happy place for our staff and our residents. I like to support my team with their own development in their respective roles. I’m never too busy to help lead and guide them.
I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life and hearing all of their amazing stories they have to tell.
Hello, my name is Sonia, I am the Deputy Manager for Bilton Court. I have been with Anchor for almost 5 years, working in a few care homes as a Deputy Manager.
I have worked in various care and nursing homes for 34 years. I have been supporting the team and residents here at Bilton Court for almost a year
I enjoy getting to know our residents and hearing their vivid memories and life experiences. I love to see our residents happy and promote their independence as much as possible.
Just because you come into our care doesn’t mean your lifestyle should change. We look forward to welcoming new residents and ensuring everyone is living every day as you wish at Bilton Court.
