Very happy with the care my mum was given. All the staff were very friendly and considerate.

My only complaint would be that she wasn't reminded to have a bath in her time there.

On visiting Bilton Court you receive a friendly welcome from staff members. Carers and staff members will always engage in conversation, giving relevant updates to any changes or concerns you may have of your loved one. Any change in medical needs is well-reported and recorded and acted upon.

A good range of activities are offered to residents and all are encouraged to join in and are supported.

Care assistants offer us a drink which is very nice. Very caring staff towards my Aunt. Overall, pleased with Auntie's care, although she did say someone took a jug of water away yesterday and had not replaced it all day. I went to find a member of staff to rectify this.

My mum is well looked after at the care home and has settled in well. The staff all seem friendly and helpful and will ring me up if they have a query with anything or if mum has a fall, they will always let me know. The security is good and staff let us in and out, although sometimes when staff are busy, especially weekends and evenings, you can wait to be let in from outside for about 10 minutes sometimes, but understand it keeps patients safe, but would be good to know pin number for exit to avoid interrupting staff. Overall very happy we chose this care home.

Mum has been a resident at Bilton Court for approx 4 1/2 years. During that time her care has always been of the highest standard. All of the staff are dedicated, patient and caring. Mum sadly passed away at Bilton Court as she wanted to be in her own surrounds at the end. Again, the gentleness with which she was treated was amazing, but the staff also looked after my sisters and me during those last days. An amazing home with amazing staff. Thank you.

I am lucky to be living in this care home. It isn't luxurious but it is comfortable. I came here with my late husband and the help and care we received was excellent. Most of the staff are very capable and very helpful. Although I am diabetic and have allergies, the kitchen is most helpful. The 'activities' carer is very good and has made quite a difference to the morale of the home. Nothing is perfect but I believe the staff and management do run the 'home' to the best of their ability.

The carers treated Dad with dignity ad respect, providing care ad attention to his needs. As Dad deteriorated, they gave empathy and support to us which was much appreciated and helpful.
They involved Dad in all the activities, even though this became difficult as he deteriorated.
There was great communication from the managerial team keeping us updated and informed on any changes.

Dad loved his food and enjoyed all the food and drinks on offer, which were plentiful and freshly made.

Despite my strong reluctance to be placed into a care home, I have to say that after a relatively short period of a day or two, all the staff at Bilton Court were so amazingly caring and professional that I could not have felt more cared for anywhere else other than my own home. All the staff went over and above to make my stay as comfortable as possible and I will be forever grateful to each and every member of staff at Bilton Court.

The ethos at Bilton Court is of a caring family home where everyone is valued, and kindness and empathy are core values. All of the staff live by these values and frequently 'go the extra mile' to help residents to feel comfortable, safe and important, whatever their needs. Bilton Court is a place of laughter, friendship, companionship and dignity. My mother enjoyed living at Bilton Court, and I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe place for their loved ones in later years.

Due to the closure of my mother's previous care home, I needed to find new accommodation at short notice. From making initial contact with the Care Home Manager to settling my mother in, the process has been faultless. The manager and the team at Bilton Court have been friendly, helpful and accommodating. My mind was/has been put at ease that my mother is content and has settled in seamlessly to her new surroundings. Would happily recommend Bilton Court to those who need to think about a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.
