Bilton Court in Wellingborough is a care home providing quality care and facilities within a comfortable and relaxing environment and welcomes new residents for care. Set in a quiet residential area, located in its own beautiful grounds, Bilton Court care home is close to local services and amenities, such as local shops, a doctor’s surgery and chemist.

My experience with Bilton Court is brilliant! All of the staff have been amazing. My mum struggled to settle in for the first few weeks and the staff have gone above and beyond to make her happy. I can never thank them enough!

Care assistants offer us a drink which is very nice. Very caring staff towards my Aunt. Overall, pleased with Auntie's care, although she did say someone took a jug of water away yesterday and had not replaced it all day. I went to find a member of staff to rectify this.

My mum is well looked after at the care home and has settled in well. The staff all seem friendly and helpful and will ring me up if they have a query with anything or if mum has a fall, they will always let me know. The security is good and staff let us in and out, although sometimes when staff are
busy, especially weekends and evenings, you can wait to be let in from outside for about 10 minutes sometimes, but understand it keeps patients safe, but would be good to know pin number for exit to avoid interrupting staff. Overall very happy we chose this care home.

Mum has been a resident at Bilton Court for approx 4 1/2 years. During that time her care has always been of the highest standard. All of the staff are dedicated, patient and caring. Mum sadly passed away at Bilton Court as she wanted to be in her own surrounds at the end. Again, the gentleness with
which she was treated was amazing, but the staff also looked after my sisters and me during those last days. An amazing home with amazing staff. Thank you.

I am lucky to be living in this care home. It isn't luxurious but it is comfortable. I came here with my late husband and the help and care we received was excellent. Most of the staff are very capable and very helpful. Although I am diabetic and have allergies, the kitchen is most helpful. The 'activities'
carer is very good and has made quite a difference to the morale of the home. Nothing is perfect but I believe the staff and management do run the 'home' to the best of their ability.

The carers treated Dad with dignity ad respect, providing care ad attention to his needs. As Dad deteriorated, they gave empathy and support to us which was much appreciated and helpful.
They involved Dad in all the activities, even though this became difficult as he deteriorated.
There was great
communication from the managerial team keeping us updated and informed on any changes.
Dad loved his food and enjoyed all the food and drinks on offer, which were plentiful and freshly made.

Due to the closure of my mother's previous care home, I needed to find new accommodation at short notice. From making initial contact with the Care Home Manager to settling my mother in, the process has been faultless. The manager and the team at Bilton Court have been friendly, helpful and accommodating.
My mind was/has been put at ease that my mother is content and has settled in seamlessly to her new surroundings. Would happily recommend Bilton Court to those who need to think about a safe and caring environment for their loved ones.

The care our brother gets is very fulfilling. He doesn't join in all the activities, but that is his own choice (no pressure). The staff are really kind and caring with residents. Also, helpful if we have any questions or need advice about our brother. The meals always look appetising and plentiful.

The most wonderful team led by the most awesome managers. Bilton Court is the most fantastic care home I have come across. They simply go above and beyond any expectations. Mum has been in Bilton Court for just over two years and I know that she is looked after by a really caring team. I have felt reassured over the past year, that she hasn’t been lonely and there are always staff looking to do the best for her.
The management team have always put themselves out for
her and if there has ever been a problem they have done what’s needed to resolve it.
During this difficult year, they have always gone out of their way to enable us to have contact with our loved ones and as soon as they were able to let us in to visit, there was a lovely warm welcome back from the staff.
I will be eternally grateful to all the staff for giving Mum the love and care that I have been unable to give during these COVID times.

Job Title: Manager Joined: 2024

My Name is Zoe Smith and I am the Home Manager of Bilton Court care home. I began my journey at Bilton Court as Home Manager in February 2024.


I have worked within the care industry since I was 18 years of age, and throughout this time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and worked with and cared for some amazing people. Whilst working in care, I have gained NVQ’s and other diplomas. I have worked in a few different care homes, which has provided me with a depth of experience.


My favourite part of the job is working with my team; knowing that we are making a difference. I work hard to ensure that we are providing a high standard of care and that Bilton Court is a happy place for our staff and our residents. I like to support my team with their own development in their respective roles. I’m never too busy to help lead and guide them.


I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life and hearing all of their amazing stories they have to tell.

Hello, my name is Sonia, I am the Deputy Manager for Bilton Court. I have been with Anchor for almost 5 years, working in a few care homes as a Deputy Manager.


I have worked in various care and nursing homes for 34 years. I have been supporting the team and residents here at Bilton Court for almost a year
