My mam arrived yesterday, on first entering, the staff were very welcoming and tentative to our emotional status, our beloved mother needed more care than we could provide for her. The home is very homely, clean and everything we hoped for her, we were treated with dignity and empathy, and this has
helped us during our painful transition. Thank you Highfield House.

I visit my friend about 5 days per week, she has and is a very happy & contented lady in Highfield House, loves all staff and enjoys her food very much. I have known her 65 years and if she wasn't happy she would let everyone know.

My mam has been here a year now. I feel Mam has excellent care. Her dementia has caused Mam's behaviour to be challenging at times. I feel she is treated with love and care, and the staff are working so hard to meet Mam's needs. When I leave, I have no worries because I know Mam has the best care
and the staff contact us if there is ever a problem. Well done, everyone!

We are so appreciative of the care Highfield House gave to our mum in her time there. She was well looked after, and staff and management at the home were compassionate, helpful, approachable and kept us well informed. They understood the importance of visits to the residents and family members and
tried to facilitate these as much as possible, subject to whatever Covid controls were required at the time. I've got nothing negative to say about Highfield House, just thanks for the care they gave my mum.
