My dad has been a resident for a number of years and as a family we have to say the care has been exceptional . The staff are well qualified, friendly and respectful. The care home treats not only my dad but the whole family as part of the across the bays family . We could not wish for a better place for my dad to be .

Staff are very caring and compassionate. food is fresh and wholesome. The environment and ambience is friendly and welcoming and relaxed. It is a home from home. Mum likens it to a 4-star hotel with great views and helpful staff.

The staff are very friendly, patient and caring not only to the residents but to their visiting family too. From my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a place for the elderly, I am very happy with the level of care my relative is receiving.
