Staff not trained in care/support of Alzheimer's, especially agency staff. Lack of empathy. dignity and respect for resident. Lack of communication between management and carers. Name badges are not worn which is not helpful to someone who has Alzheimer's. Bare minimum help given to the
resident. Cleaning of flat non-existent (when paying for it).
