Grandma turned 100 on 18th March, and all the staff at Wiltshire Heights made a great fuss of her! They arranged a super lunch for her and our family on her actual birthday. They also helped us plan a bigger family party for her a few days before. The food was incredible, and the staff pulled out
all the stops. Thank you so much for making her feel special!

Our relative, in Wiltshire Heights on respite care was thoroughly spoiled. She enjoyed the comfortable views from her large clean window - of squirrels and bird life, trees, shrubs and bushes. Her room was clean and had every convenience. She resented in her armchair and guests made welcome in a
soft chair also. Though she found the bed a little uncomfortable she understood the need for a sanitised option and doesn't sleep well generally anyway. The bathroom was hygenic and easy to use, plenty of storage space. The staff at Wiltshire Heights must be praised for kindness for caring, for treating individuals with respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. Our relative enjoyed the meals and joined in poetry activity.

Wiltshire Heights went "above and beyond" to help us celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. They accommodated a large number of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in a really helpful way. They assisted us with catering for the event, and the Head Chef exceeded expectations in the
quality and range of catering provided.

I visited a friend in the home and was so happy to see how lovely it was and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The Receptionist offered us coffee and cake after a long journey and it felt really homely. Really glad she is happy and would recommend.

I love Wiltshire Heights my parents are residents there and they are so happy joining in the activities, they love the staff and the food. Their rooms are well maintained and always clean. I often joke with the staff telling them I am moving in. All the staff really care about the residents and I
know that my beloved parents are well cared for.

Excellent home always clean and tidy. I'm so happy my dad has a place here. The menu is great with a good selection. Staff are amazing, attentive and respectful. The activity schedule is fab and always a chance for trips out as well as lots of celebratory events hosted by the home.

Mum moved to Wiltshire Heights yesterday and I had not had the opportunity to view the home personally beforehand as it all happened so quickly
I was delighted with what I found from the welcome at reception to the tour of The Home and meeting members of staff and some of the residents who all
appeared to be very happy indeed. The condition of the furnishing and premises overall I can only describe as excellent. I then went onto To meet with my mother who gave me a beaming smile, something I had not been expecting. Her room was clean tidy and looked as if it had been freshly decorated and the furnishings all appeared as if they were new.
With the available activities and on-site facilities, I have high hopes.

Early days for my mother-in-law but my experience so far has been first class. The staff have been so helpful and accommodating and have really supported my MIL with settling in. The environment is lovely and well laid out for residents and for family visiting. So pleased with our choice.

I went to visit my friend who has just moved in and I was delighted to see how happy and settled she was. The staff were amazing, so kind and friendly.

My husband has been here 6 weeks now. I am very impressed with the care he has received. There is a genuine effort to make his stay as safe and enjoyable as possible. Different beds have been tried for his comfort. He has had fewer, by far, falls than in a previous care home. The staff all know him
and joke with him. All are extremely kind.

Mum moved to Wiltshire Heights Care Home just over a year ago. She has settled in well and now considers it her home. She has been able to make her room her own and enjoys being able to tend the garden outside her room. She is always telling us how kind the staff are and how she appreciates that
there is always someone there. She enjoys the various activities available to her and particularly enjoys the trips out. Her friends and family are made very welcome when they visit. As her daughter, it gives me great peace of mind to know she is well cared for.

The thing that really stood out for me when my Mum moved into Wiltshire Heights was just how very lovely the staff are - all of them; the reception team, the manager, the Client Services Manager, Home Manager all the catering team and every member of the care team from the youngest and newest to the
most experienced. It was so hard leaving Mum - we live the other side of the country and are about to be out of the country for a family wedding so it was a leap of faith that she would be so well cared for but she has only found kindness amongst the staff. The food is great too - and Mum is already saying that she is going to put on pounds (which she could certainly do with doing!)
The only thing it isn't - is her own home - which she still misses very much - but they are doing all they can to make it a happy and safe environment for her and feel as near as they possibly can to home for her (which we appreciate very much), and it is very early days (less than a week!)

I have been visiting Wiltshire Heights for a year now. I always find the staff super helpful, friendly and acknowledgeable from reception to cleaners. The couple I visit here are very well cared for as it seems are all the residents. There are lots of communal areas, including gardens that encourage
a community atmosphere. Coffee, tea cakes also add to the welcoming ambience.

Mum has been staying at Wiltshire Heights since the end of July and initially she was very unhappy to leave her home. Sadly we lost Dad at the same time so she had a lot of difficult changes all at once. It has taken a little while, but she is now much more settled and happy in her new environment
and constantly says how lovely the staff are.

My parents have been at Wiltshire Heights since the beginning of the year. They have really benefited from the consistent care provided. The rooms, particularly the communal ones are light, airy and beautifully decorated, with a lovely outlook onto the gardens which have an Italian feel to them. The
garden is easily accessible from the residents rooms; my parents have loved sitting out there this summer. They have just celebrated a big wedding anniversary and were absolutely delighted by the party Wiltshire Heights put on for them. It was very special to share this celebration with some of our family, recent neighbor's and one or two very old family friends with what feel like our new friends at Wiltshire Heights. Thank you.

My brother moved into Wiltshire Heights about 6 months ago, as he was no longer able to care for himself. We were impressed by the care and attention provided by all the staff to make him feel welcome and settled. Indeed, the same warm support provided by the whole team at Wiltshire Heights has been
in evidence over the subsequent months. The organisation of day trips out and the occasional garden parties has been beneficial in ensuring that his life is not spent entirely within the four walls of his room. My husband, sister, and I are all delighted and relieved that we have made the right decision!

Recommend for respite. Regular use. Care staff are amazing. Homely. Treated like family. Caring to us both.

Very good care given to my dad. All the staff I have met are friendly and good at their jobs, and the home is very clean.
25 September 2025
Great care offered and received by my Godmother. The rooms are large and well equipped. The food is excellent and served to residents in a lovely dining room with napkins and white table cloths and proper cutlery and glasses on the tables. This means the experience is more like a hotel than a Care
Home and that is a very positive thing. Delighted by all that is offered at Wiltshire Heights. Thanks you.
