Just really impressed with every member of staff at Charters Court Care Home. From arrival you are greeted by a lovely lady Clare, Kim the admin officer is always a pleasure to talk to as well! Every single staff member in Willow are amazing & all deserve a pay rise!

My father is well looked after at Charters Court and has settled well. The care team have supported us on a journey as a family in adjusting to my father being there. They have been unfailingly kind to him and advocate for his wellbeing at the home and with medical professionalism. This is very much
appreciated when we cannot be there to speak for him. It is these simple things that make Charters Court a place where we can trust a cherished family member is safe and cared for.

Charters Court Care Home is a wonderful place and my mother has been very happy living here for the last year and a half.
The building and grounds are always kept in an excellent condition and staff are so lovely and friendly.they make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The food is outstanding and freshly made every day.
It's an absolute pleasure to visit especially in the summer when you can sit outside in the beautiful surroundings.
Everyday there are multiple activities to participate in if you want and every effort is made to include everyone.
I couldn't think of a better home that my mother could be in.

My mother has been a dementia resident for over three years. Staff are very friendly and kind to our family. They are very understanding of my mother's dementia and are very patient trying to help her everyday. Dementia is very difficult to cope with, causing mood swings and great confusion as the
short term memory is poor so you keep having to explain things. The home has good management and great staff. For the more able residents the well being staff are wonderful at arranging events and activities for them.

My mum has been a resident for nearly a year now. We had a few ups and downs at first but mum (Rita) has settled in well and seems very happy and settled. She has been taking part in activities and is even a member of the choir (something I never thought I would see). The activities are very well
planned out with something for everyone. Mum attended a sign language class last week and I had a chance to sit in on it, it is such a good idea and something staff and residents can all learn together.
The staff are always happy and friendly and we always get a cuppa when we visit. We are always kept up to date with mum's care and they are always avaliable if we need to discuss anything. Mum seems to have a good rapour with the staff and we are very thankful to all the staff for looking after mum so well.

I would like to say how wonderful the care is that my father is receiving. Each and every nurse and carer could not be doing more to make Dad feel at home. They treat him with dignity and respect and are so kind and caring in everything that they do. All the nurses have communicated wonderfully wtih
us as a family, for which I have been so very grateful.

My mother has been at Charters Court for a year, and the overall experience has been excellent throughout. The staff are genuinely amazing, kind and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are lovely, and the home is consistently kept clean and welcoming. The food is always of a
high standard and Mum always enjoys her meals - especially her lunchtime glass of wine. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care she receives here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home to anyone looking for a warm, supportive and well-run environment for their loved ones.

My mother has been a resident for a year now and our experience has been very positive in every way. The ambience of the house is happy, relaxed but professional and caring. The staff from the kitchen to all the carers and management are so friendly and caring. The food and menus are excellent.
There are numerous activities available for my mother to join in from those in house to outings to the local church, shops or the coast in the summer. We are so pleased with her stay here.

I can honestly say the care given at Charters Court Care Home surpasses all care homes I have visited around this area. The premises are really beautiful, the staff are kind and efficient without exception, and I am 100% confident that you are looking after my friend to the highest standard. Your

Charters Court Care Home is a lovely care home. The building and outside areas are beautifully maintained. The ladies on the reception desk are warm, welcoming and very helpful. The care staff are really kind and caring and very professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the residents are
happy and content. The food is varied and very good. An all round excellent home!

My aunt is really well cared for by a team of kind, dedicated and caring people. We are very lucky to have found Charters Court.
My aunt was in hospital earlier this year and when she finally came out she was unable to walk or eat normal food. The carers at charters worked hard to get her back to
walking and eating. It's aIways a sad and upsetting time when a loved one has to go into care but it is much easier when they are in a caring supportive environment.
The food is a very high standard and the rooms and communal spaces are clean and attractive.

The staff are exceptionally caring and understand the needs of my aunt as an individual. They work hard to give the best care possible.
It's remarkable how they have brought her back from a serious illness to drastically improve her mobility and appetite.

Pleasantly located on the edge of woodland. Clean, spacious, well designed accommodation. All facilities function well. No smell. Wide corridors.
Generally friendly & kind staff.
Food is good.

I am writing to everyone for the care given to my husband while he was a resident at Charters Court. The carers in Aspen looked after him so well. His clothes were always clean and folded or hung up. The food always looked delicious, and the maintenance team were happy to drive him to hospital
appointments. The enthusiasm of the activities team was so good to see. Such a wide range of things to do and no one was ever left out. The building was clean and calm, and whenever I visited, there was a wonderful welcome by the person on reception.

Mum feels really happy and at home here. All the staff are lovely and very helpful, and accommodating. I am really pleased at home well she has settled in.
The food is great as well. Mum has put on weight and looks a lot healthier now and more like her old self.

I have been here for four months after being in hospital for four months. I couldn't walk and weighed 8 stone. Today I weigh 10 stone and can walk with a rollator. The care and kindness I receive each day never ceases to amaze me. The staff are observant and knowledgeable. I am happy here,
comfortable and safe.

My father has been in the nursing care suite for 12 weeks and id due to leave soon. From the very start, the staff at reception, the carers, the cleaning and maintenance personnel were all extremely engaging and professional with a greeting every single day. My father has been very well looked after
by all the nursing staff, and the activities provided are wonderful. Charters Court is just a lovely place to be, even the visitors know and interact with each other - such a caring/friendly environment.
And the food is great too!!

Due to Mum's dementia worsening, we moved her into Charters Court in November 2024.
Thanks to the wonderful carers she settled really well and really quickly.
Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, it's a joy to visit.
We are all so pleased to find a care home that truly cares, with great
entertainment and wonderful surroundings. I tell Mum she is staying in a 5* hotel, and I'm not far from the truth!
