Care staff always visible. Manager also visible and available if there are any issues. Rooms cleaned well on a daily basis.
Laundry issues with mix ups of residents clothing but can be rectified once staff notified. Activity days well planned out and organised, with staff always going the extra
mile to make sure all residents and family members are included. Food choices good, portion sizes good and always look appetising.

Mum has been in Beechwood Lodge for almost 4 years. Staff turnover fluctuates but there are a lot of experienced "old faithfuls".
Mum us a handful but I am confident that she is treated with kindness and patience.
I have a good relationship with the home manager and staff are always friendly and
helpful.

Have my aunt as resident currently & my mum for the last 9 years till she passed away & nothing but praise for the staff & their care

My mother Jean, has been with the home since 2021, the staff have always been very helpful to both myself and my mother. She is 98 with dementia and isnt the easiest person to help, but the staff seem to look after my mother very well. Given her many needs.

My parents are new to the home but have settled in nicely and enjoy the meals and love there room the staff are wonderful with them and this has made settling in easier as dad has dementia and mum has bad legs so couldn't manage any longer at home. The only thing that mums mentioned is there could
be more activities and outings. All in all we as a family are very satisfied.

Very welcoming environment, the staff members are very friendly and accomadating.
It's lovely to see how much effort goes into arranging special events for the residents.
It could be improved by providing more daily activities! :)

My mum moved in 1 week ago. The staff have been very caring & actively worked to welcome mum.
Mum is still getting used to being here, but feels she will soon settle in and enjoy it.

Such caring staff, who carer for my mum's needs with empathy. She has lived at Beechwood Lodge for 3 years and the service has been consistently of high standard.

Some very nice caring staff. They are very patient and understand the residents likes and dislikes they are very gentle when necessary

Dad recently became a resident, since then I cannot compliment the staff enough. Dad seems settled, calm & happy. This is due to the environment and all staff members being 100% true to the term care home.

My partner's grandmother is in this care home. I have had both of my grandparents in other care homes in different parts of the country. Neither one of those care homes comes close to the standard that Beechwood Lodge provides.
All the staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care about the
residents. The activities that they put on are very stimulating for the residents and I can honestly say I would love to spend time doing all the activities myself!
We are very much looking for the Elvis tribute coming up.
Keep up the good work!

An absolutely amazing home. I wouldn't trust any other with the care of my grandma. The manager and all the staff at Beechwood Lodge are truly amazing and look after my grandma in ways I could no longer do at home. She is always well dressed and in a good mood every day when I visit, due to the
staff constantly keeping her occupied and happy. Thank you so much for everything you do, you're all angels.

Good staff and care, residents well looked after. Good activities and inclusion of other family members. Safe care and good communication, residents considered and included. Residents seem happy and content and well looked after.

I cannot say how much the care staff at Beechwood Lodge have done to help my husband. The home did everything they could to help him get mobile. Without them, he would still be struggling. They have also made sure I was looking after myself. I would like to say we picked the best place to have him
under the care staff there.

The staff at Beechwood Lodge are very friendly, extremely helpful. The manager is very approachable and the door is always open and always makes time to discuss anything.
Mum always looks lovely, the staff are very attentive and caring. Took Mum out one day shopping and she actually asked to go
back, Mum never fails to keep telling me how lovely it is.
They are always doing different things to keep residents entertained, on many occasions, they involve their family and friends, we are always made to feel very welcome.
It's very reassuring to know Mum is happy, well looked after and made to feel safe.

Have just been to a Father's Day celebration. We had a lovely meal and drinks, residents fully enjoyed the treat. Staff were very attentive and looked after everyone. It's so nice to have special times with our loved ones. Thank you.

Always smells clean and looks tidy. Staff are friendly, helpful and have a positive attitude. Rooms are smart and nice bathrooms, clean. Mum seems contended. Entertainment for residents, seated exercise and applying nail varnish etc. Clothes often go missing.
