My mother moved into Middleton House in November 2023 and it was the best decision we could have made. She already knew one or two residents and immediately felt at home, getting to know others very quickly . Her apartment is light and spacious with a large wet room, and good sized sitting/dining area. The staff in the office are professional as well as being extremely caring quite often going above and beyond. The restaurant has a well planned menu with the residents able to choose to have smaller portions if needed. There are many, varied activities offered for residents who want them, usually resulting in a lot of laughter. I see my mother every couple of weeks and there is always a warm welcome from from whoever is around, on the desk in the corridors or in the restaurant. The carers based at Middleton House are also warm and friendly and available if needed.
