My sister is living in Hillyard House for more than a Year now. I visited her at the center and lived there in the guest house to take care of my sister's cataract operation and also be a company to her for about 2 months. I loved the place and the way they take care of the residents, the shopping
they do for them, respond to the alarm ring immediately. Arrange fun and activity days for them and more. I am so grateful to the management and all the staff and lovely careers. Now I have peace of mind that my sister is in a good hands while I am thousands of miles away from her. God bless the Hillyard house, the residents and staff. With love and million tanks

The facility my brother lives in is 2 Hillyard House, Hillyard Street. He has been living there for a few years. The facilities do not offer a gymnasium or a restaurant like it describes. My brother is provided with a nice sized flat. The building is clean and the lounges for residents to sit in are
very nice. There needs to be improvements in checking electrical faults. My brother's lamp blew up and he sat in the dark for over 10 hours until the maintenance worker resolved his lighting and electrical issue the following day. It was not my brother's fault the electric had blown his main standard lamp. I noticed the lamp was still left standing in his flat the next day and my brother was actually asking me to replace the lamps in it. When I looked inside the lamp fittings, they were blown out. More safety checks need to be done in Hillyard House. I have emailed the manager to ask for this to happen.
