My cousin attends the day care centre and looks forward to it very much. She gets great care and attention.

Mum has been attending Bankview day care for a year now - I cannot talk highly enough of them. Mum wears incontinent pads and can sometimes leak onto her trousers - This is dealt with sensitively + discreetly without other service users knowing. Her overall mood is so much better since attending.
She is more engaged + chatty and enjoys the activities + food there. Mum loves all of the staff + looks forward to going. Their communication with my sister and I is also first class.

Staff very friendly, patient while assist with Father from home to bus, time at daycare, then journey home.
Encourage him to interact and engage with others.
Has been going here for 8 years and he looks forward to going each week.
Staff always contact me if they have an concens regarding Father.

My husband has been attending daycare at Bankview for 2 years now and I have nothing but praise for all staff and the excellent care he receives. I appreciate everything they do and I don't know how I could cope without their support and understanding.

My husband has attended Bankview Day Care Centre since May 2023 and during that time, members of staff have gotten to understand his needs and what he can and cannot do. Initially, he did not want to go but now he has got used to going and engaging in all activities and chatting to fellow service
users.

My husband loves the day centre, he feels at home there and safe.
He enjoys the games and the company, also the food.
So it's all good and am happy for my husband to be one of the gang.

I have always found the members of staff friendly to me and kind to my wife. The day care centre is always spotless and the staff are efficient and attentive at all times. My wife enjoys the company of staff and other clients and is always brighter on her return home. The meals seem to be excellent
and well-balanced. All in all, I feel happy about my wife attending this centre.

If I need to contact Bankview Day Care Centre they are always helpful and pleasant. Never any problems.

The first time I took my mother to Bankview, I was given a tour of the rooms. My words were - "it's like a hotel".

Daycare is an essential part of my husband's care. The interaction he has with others stimulates him and is a massive help to his wellbeing. The staff are all caring and helpful.

I can only express how caring the staff, management ever the domestic staff who look after everyone.
I have no complaints with regard to everyone concerned.

My Mum loves attending day care. She goes every week. She is comfortable with her surroundings. Everyone makes her feel welcome and the staff can't do enough.

I am extremely pleased with the care and attention given to me by all members of staff in this care home. We have meals provided, gym, games and entertainment. Also, we have speakers regarding many subjects to occupy our minds.

My father always looks forward to his days at Bankview Cay Care Centre. He is well looked after and treated with compassion and dignity.
He loves the meals and the socialising with people his own age. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and treat my father with care and dignity. They are
also caring and friendly to our family.

Happy that my mother gets a bath while visiting Bankview Day Care Centre as she can't use the shower at home because it is upstairs. She always comes home in a happy mood.
