Over the last ten years or so, my husband and I have had, on occasion, to visit several family members and friends in nursing or care homes. Plas Bryn Rhosyn is easily the best of them all. The staff are always most helpful, friendly and polite without exception. My cousin couldn't be looked after
better.

It was a privilege to stay at the beautiful Gnoll Suite in Plas Bryn Rhosyn. The facilities were excellent and the care and thoughtfulness given readily by the staff was exemplary.

I can't speak highly enough of the care and physiotherapy my wife is receiving at Plas Bryn Rhosyn. In the time she has been resident here, her mobility has greatly improved and the staff are exceptional, I can't praise them highly enough. Thank you very much to you all for the care you give to my
wife.

I can't speak highly enough about the care provided by all of the staff, everyone was caring and proffesional. The home was clean bright and warm the food was varied and tasty. The only reason my father moved out was no permenant room was available.

Plas Bryn Rhosyn is bright, clean and appropriately decorated.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
My mother is receiving excellent care and it is a relief off me to know my mother is well looked after.
There is often entertainment provided in the central "cwtch" area as well as in the
individual units.
Overall I am happy with my mother's care and well being.

It is extremely clean and airy with plenty of natural light. The staff are the best and very caring.

I feel my mum is very well cared for with friendly helpful staff who appear to enjoy their job. I feel she is respected as an individual and her beliefs and wishes are carried out. Staff always maintain mum's dignity. She enjoys the activities that take part in the care home.

Staff very approachable, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My partner has been treated as a friend but also with respect and dignity. All staff have been kind and supportive to me during his stay. There are plenty of activities and the home has a friendly, warm feel.

All staff are friendly and helpful. My mother seems happy and settled. Residents have lovely rooms visiting times are quite flexible and always plenty of activities for the residents.

My mother is a resident at Plas Bryn Rhosyn and I am very pleased with the care she is receiving. The staff are all very helpful and are quick to inform me if there are any problems regarding my mother's care. The staff make me and my family very welcome when we visit.

During my stay at the rehabilitation care home, I have received encouragement and lots of support which is an improvement after hospital. Each member of staff gives 100% to residents to return home when safe to do so and I think this is the way forward for treatment after an illness or fall.

From day one since my mother moved into Plas Bryn Rhosyn the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Our family are much appreciated for all the help my mother receives and to see how content and happy she is.
