Our Mother has been at Liberham for over 2 yrs. and is very settled there.
She enjoys the routine, activities, outings and the gardens (where a daily walk in most weathers is her aim).
The staff are excellent and always focused on the residents and their needs. They operate as a team and are very
well led and supported.
Communication with myself, brother and sister is always timely when necessary and we are actively encouraged to review Mum's care plan with the carers as well as with Mum herself.

Liberham Lodge has been excellent. My father had a month's respite care in LL whilst I was away on holiday as my mum wouldn't have been able to manage in an emergency.
A few months later, unfortunately my Dad had to go in permanently - but LL was full. We moved my dad into another home but it
wasn't satisfactory - the care did not feel up to standard. I worked with Christine from LL over a few weeks - and as soon as there was a space free she let me know and we moved my Dad.
I have been really happy with the care at LL - my Dad has Alzeimers and medical needs - and there are so many staff caring for him, it is excellent. The food is good, and they have a bar and cafe - and it is really welcoming.
My Dad has had issues, and they have called ambulances, checked on him in hospital and facilitated his release as soon as possible as the home is much better for him than hospital.
Everyone is great, bit I must highlight Marian, James, Christine & Chris. All lovely!

Liberham Lodge is a wonderfully warm and cosy home. Exceptional staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and incredibly clean and tidy.
I would recommend anyone moving there as it's a home away from home.

Excellent party celebrating 8 years here. The whole experience was wonderful, such a lovely atmosphere with excellent entertainment, food, fellowship and so much fun. Everyone so friendly and happy to help to make the afternoon a success. Thank you so much.

I found everyone to be extremely polite and civil. Nothing was too much trouble I felt in the company of people who care. The meal was exceptional and delicious thank you.

From entry to site until leaving we were treated with friendliness and in a helpful manner. An excellent experience and a memorable time. Great facilities

The warmth and friendliness exhibited by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive whilst providing a wonderful fish and chips with fruit salad and ice cream and coffee and mints to finish. Absolutely delicious and chatted with the chef. I would certainly come again if they opportunity arose.

Liberham Lodge took very good care of my friend who was extremely young to be in a care home. They all recognised she had a fantastic sense of humour and not only encouraged that but brought it to the fore. They also were very welcoming whenever we visited and even provided a lovely lunch with wine
to create a feeling of normality for the resident, and friends who loved to be ladies who lunch!

We were greeted by a lovely warm manager and given a delicious lunch and shown around the lodge, whilst visiting my friend who is a resident here. She is a lovely person!

My father has had 2 respite breaks at Liberham over the last 6 months and we wanted to thank all the staff who have gone out of their way to make him feel at home.

I visit often to come and see several dear friends who reside here. I am always so impressed with the welcome I receive from all the staff, from upper management right through to those dedicated carers who all take the time to talk, smile and most of all, it shows how much they love what they do.
All my friends I visit are so grateful for all the love and care they receive. I recommend everyone I know to come here.

We were extremely impressed by all the special effort made by catering staff to produce a fantastic sumptuous Christmas Dinner. The attention to all the small details was particularly impressive. The choices was amazing and everything was perfect. My mother loved it.

My mother has been a resident at Liberham Lodge for nearly 5 years and has been very happy due to the well-cared-for, comfortable surroundings and wonderful, endlessly cheerful staff. This year has seen a serious decline in her health and the care she has received must be recognised. The nursing
team and all the carers have shown extreme patience and kindness to Mum. Close attention has been paid to all her medical issues. She has always been treated with dignity and generosity of time, as well as concern to provide anything that will make Mum more comfortable or lift her spirits.
We are so grateful that she has been so well looked after. Thank you to the whole team.

A warm, friendly place where residents and their families are made to always feel so welcome and cared for. A real home from home. I couldn't wish for a better place for Dad. Thank you everyone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The celebration of my mother's birthday was outstanding, for her and all the residents that attended with food and drink. The manager is always on hand to talk to and if a problem comes up he quickly sorts it. I was very surprised at the Ofsted
report only being Good with all that they do, especially as visited other care homes and they are not a patch on this one.
