I cannot thank all the staff at Oaks Way Centre enough for providing such a safe, inclusive environment for the elderly in our community. Your wonderful staff, full of warmth and understanding, offer outstanding communication and an abundance of engaging, stimulating activities that bring joy and
light into every day. Your amazing team truly make a difference and it has certainly not gone unnoticed. My father enjoyed being part of Oaks Way, he enjoyed the hot meals, the staff always treated him with the utmost dignity and respect, it was incredibly good value for money, and he loved going. Communication, consistency and continuity are plentiful, and the way you wrap your care and kindness around individuals is both unique and inspiring to witness. It’s truly refreshing and endearing. I want to extend my sincerest gratitude for everything you all do. You are and always will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
