View Full Details of Penumbra MilestoneI can't thank Milestone enough for all the excellent care and support they gave my father, John. I truly believe he wouldn't be alive today without the incredible dedication, guidance, and compassion from the whole team - especially Jenny, John, and Kyle - who always went above and beyond. They showed endless patience, offered reassurance, and helped him prepare for his next step at William Simpson. He was so grateful and felt completely at ease thanks to their kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the support they gave our whole family brought us so much comfort and peace of mind. We always felt reassured knowing he was safe and cared for by such an exceptional team. We were so lucky for my father to be welcomed back to Milestone. It's an outstanding facility, and we're beyond grateful for the care, rehabilitation, and guidance that helped him move toward a happier, healthier, alcohol-free life. He's already looking forward to joining the Brolly Group again Clare John
I was admitted to the hospital after alcohol-related brain damage as my son committed suicide, what can I say. I am from West Lothian. I was sent home to a house with nothing but a poor standard of living, dampness, contaminated water, and freezing as a result of this. I took an overdose and ended up in the hospital. My psychiatrist saw me and apologised for what happened to me. The manager has no clue what people need with their mental health and has told the hospital not to send any more people from West Lothian to their care.
