It was a very difficult decision when my father needed to go into care, but I know that choosing Blossom Hill was 100% the right choice. There was never a day that when I visited my father he was not being well cared for. He was always immaculately dressed, something I know would have been important
to him. He was treated with great care & dignity. The home was always clean & well maintained. I am so very grateful to all the staff at Blossom Hill.

Mum has been here 6 weeks now & the staff have been great & helped her to settle. The manager is very approachable. The way staff support Mum is great. I would reccommend Blossom Hill to anyone without a doubt.

Mam seems quite happy at Blossom Hill. resident for 7 years.
Generally the staff have good interaction with my mam. They know her quirks and she enjoys their company, not just the carers but the admin, kitchen & laundry staff too.

I think the care home do a excellent job looking after my mother and cant wish for anything else. Mother is happy, we the family are happy and just like to say thank you for your hard work.

My Mam has only beenin Blossom Hill Care Home a few weeks and I must say overall I am very impressed.

Home is clean
Staff very caring & friendly
Home does not have activity co-ordinater at present so not many activities going on for residents.
Mam is well cared for.

My dad stayed in Blossom Hill Care Home for only a short time due to terminal illness, but in that short time us as a family and my dad were treated with care, love, kindness and support, the staff and management went above and beyond for all of us and nothing was a bother to them.
I can't thank
Blossom Hill enough they will always hold a special place in my heart.

My friend was only in for a short time due to terminal illness, but overall the staff were very kind and considerate and dealt with my friend with much needed dignity. Thank you to everyone involved in my friend's care.

My mam went into the care of Blossom Hill in September 2024. Since being there we have been overwhelmed with the care she has been given and support. My mam settled in pretty much straight away. There is a wide range of activities daily with the two lovely coordinators. I am very pleased with the
care, staff + everything else.

The care provided by this home has been absolutely outstanding. All the staff have been brilliant. I'm so grateful my friend came to this home.

Very good all round in Blossom Hill. Room is great. 1st class staff. Great staff and service. Everything fabulous. Food great. Staff very helpful. All questions answered fully by all the staff. Very safe environment to be in, care and support excellent. I can honestly say I can recommend this care
home on the quality of care and service are second to none.

Mam only been here a few weeks, very happy with care given so far. Staff very helpful and always there to answer any concerns or questions.

Very happy with the care my mum is receiving. All the care staff are very friendly and polite. The care home is always clean and tidy. We moved my mum from another care home in the area and it was the best thing we done. My mum is cared for with the uppermost dignity and respect.

My gran only came to Blossom Hill Care Home towards the end of September and she is thriving, she loves the company, the activities, it's such a beautiful and friendly home. There is always something for her to do, always someone to assist her and most importantly, she is safe and well looked after.

I have the highest regard for all the staff at Blossom Hill Care Home. They make your relative very welcome and do everything possible to make them comfortable and secure. The care they give is outstanding, meeting the needs and requirements of residents every time. We, as a family, were so happy
with every aspect of care and attention they gave.

My mom has been in Blossom Hill since January. I can't praise the staff enough for all the hard work and support they have given her through some very dark times. She has been provided with first-class medical care, treating her with dignity and respect. Thank you to all the staff for being caring
and compassionate, helping the family to relax knowing she is cared for.
