The Barchester stepped in to care for my elderly mother at short notice. She was very frail before entering the home, but a month after her admission, her health and wellbeing have improved enourmously. The staff are competent, sensitive and friendly, and ensure that my mother is cared for and her
wishes are met.

Trinity Manor Sherborne go above and beyond in making their residents feel special. This is just like a 5 star hotel. The decor is very elegant while remaining comfortable and homely.

Dad has been at Trinity Manor for just over one week and we could not be more delighted with his care. He has settled in so well.
The food is of the best quality and he looks forward to meals.
The staff are attentive and always available to help. We are so pleased to have Dad in such a superb care

An absolutely outstanding care home. The initial impression when visiting on an open day was brilliant, and my Mum was keen to move in despite being fiercely independent. She has settled in wonderfully well, and all aspects of her care have been wonderful. Every single member of staff goes above and
beyond. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who has a loved one who needs care.

My mother Valerie is having one weeks respite due to fractured spine. The care of all the staff has been outstanding. This is a beautiful care home of the upmost standard. On behalf of my mother, we are so grateful and thank you to you all.

It is hard to describe the admiration and gratitude that I have for the staff team at Trinity Manor for the care and respect given to my cousin, in whom I entrusted her care for four years in residence. Every aspect of the home was outstanding: excellent cleanliness and tight maintenance, top notch
restaurants and high quality food, superb resident and family management by the senior management and reception teams. In short, Trinity Manor was a safe and loving home for my cousin in her final years. I cannot speak highly enough of her time there and have no hesitation in recommending it to potential residents.

From the first visit we were incredibly impressed with everything about Trinity Manor, and in particular with the passion, professionalism and care that each and every member of staff exuded; it is clear that Trinity Manor is an exceptional care home with exceptional management and staff. I had
flown over from Australia with a view to looking at a few care homes with my mother but the impression that Trinity Manor made was so significant that we were able to immediately discount the others.
My mother has always been an incredibly strong-willed individual and has always utterly dismissed the option of moving into care, and getting her buy-in was crucial. Incredibly, she left our visit excited about the prospect and became a full-time resident within the week!
The management and staff of this care facility are simply incredible; they made an incredibly emotionally-charged process simple, smooth and stress-free. It is an absolutely delightful care home.

Barchester Trinity Manor Care Home looked after my mother for the last 18 months of her life. They were highly professional and overwhelmingly kind to her at all times. They were also wonderful to us, her family. Watching your mother go through dementia is very hard but they supported her and us all

Everything here is excellent. Staff are kind, helpful and caring at all times. Activities are inclusive and residents are encouraged to take part - outings are imaginative and exciting. Food and dietary needs are adhered to. Standard of cleanliness is excellent. Changing personal moods and needs are
observed and acted upon. Homely atmosphere is very obvious. All excellent.

The whole care home has a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Kind and caring staff that go above and beyond to ensure the resident's happiness! The care home has a beautiful environment, with lots of activities and welcoming staff! It is a joy when I visit my grandmother, she is very happy and
comfortable within the home and she says they treat her all like family.

We have always found the staff to be cheerful, helpful and extremely efficient.
We could not wish for my relative to be in better hands, nothing is too much trouble.
The home is always extremely clean and tidy and very welcoming. We have not got a negative thing to say about anything or anyone.

My aunt and uncle both moved to Trinity Manor in 2023. My aunt has dementia and my uncle is her carer but could no longer cope at home. As a family we went through a very challenging time and we really needed to find a home which understood their needs, individually and as a couple. From our first
visit to Trinity Manor, we were just so impressed by the way the staff made time to listen and understand the whole situation. Everyone has been so supportive and the level of communication between the staff and us as a family has been brilliant. The staff have worked hard to get to know my aunt and uncle so they can care for them well, particularly in response to my aunt's progressing dementia.
The food is really good and the events programme is excellent. I would recommend Trinity Manor wholeheartedly.

My father has been a resident of Memory Lane for over a year.
From the moment the deputy manager came to see us prior to his moving in, the care has been second to none.
The staff are kind and thoughtful not just to my father adjusting but to his family. Everyone has different concerns and
worries and at all times everyone is considered. It is a huge decision and worry making this move for a loved one but all at Trinity Manor respect that.
He has exceptional care, on a floor that is clean and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and yet professional.
You are reassured whenever you go that your loved one is cared for.
The staff are led from the top with the deputy manager exceptional. Always approachable and if there are concerns they are dealt with efficiently and as quickly as possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity Manor.
