This care home is a disaster staff have no idea on how to treat sick and mentally challenged patients food is not cooked by an appropriate chef or cook its hygiene is appalling it's disgusting flooring is dirty and dilapidated walls and ceilings are filthy. This needs to be shut down immediately. As
a diabetic patient I have asked for a repeat prescription a week ago or more and have not received important medication and when i asked was told another 3 days wait for pain medication issued by doctors and blood testing medication, plus 1 sensors for my diabetes
