Today someone asked me how is your opinion about Parsons Grange
We are so impressed how everyone knows your name and is so friendly
We feel that Richard is being very well cared for
The joy is being able to have meals with him so he does not feel so far away
I am here today having had a
delicious lunch to hear all about dementia which seems to be the most appalling of all conditions
I am really recommending this place

Parsons Grange is a reliable and trusted home. They treated their patient as a family member. The location and the staff are perfect for me as I can visit anytime and talk to the staff about all my concerns.

The support that was received by the patient is very satisfactory. She felt valued and taken care of like a family. All the nurses have been very patient to all her needs up to the last moment of her stay. We felt the protection was given especially with the different people who visit her. Overall
the care home was not just about caring but includes safety and security and the patient and that has been felt by the next of kin during the patient's stay.

My husband was in Parsons Grange with dementia, he was very well looked after, he was treated with dignity, he liked activities, and the food. The people are all very friendly, always have a smile on their faces, which was very much appreciated.

The carers are very lovely and understanding. They take care of Mum with lots of love and help. The medical staff are incredible, very professional and quick to help. The staff always make visitors and residents feel at home as one big family. The facilities are amazing, as are the entertainment
staff who keep the residents active and engaged with life.

Parsons Grange is like stepping into my dad's home. I feel welcome on every visit. My dad is happy and cared for. Rooms are clean and homely. Food is amazing. Staff are always happy to help and always make residents feel like family.

It would be nice if residents could be taken out for coffee/pub trips.

As soon as we visited Parson Grange we knew it was the right place for mum. It felt so warm, welcoming and friendly. Mum loves Parsons Grange and the staff who personally look after her. She says the food is very enjoyable, she is very fond os some of the staff who care for her. They really are
special and have huge hearts.

My step mother is a resident. It was my dads first birthday with out his wife at home. I emailed them telling them this and asked if the could do a cake for him. Answer yes they would be delighted to do so and it was in the diary. Well my husband and I took my dad to see his wife. All the staff were
kind and wished him a happy birthday. After lunch they took us upstairs to a family room, where they had decorated it with balloons, happy birthday signs. On a table in the room was the cake with sandwiches crisps and some bubbles with glasses. They sang to my dad, wished him happy birthday. This was so much more than I expected and my Dad said it was very kind and mad his day very special.

I wanted to express how happy we are with moving dad to Pasons Grange, from the initial phone call to getting dad settled and helping us manage his needs has been 10 stars. Rozina sat with us and treated us like we were relevant as we had come from a setting that wasn't so professional.
The home
caters for all needs, the care and attention to detail is just mind blowing for us as we know, our very venerable loved one, is now being taken care of. I can't tell you how happy this has made us feel, knowing he is safe and able to have the best life we can possibly give him.

Attended the 5th anniversary. It was well-supervised. The food was excellent. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Have also visited a patient and very impressed with the rooms and facilities. I would highly recommend this care home.

My husband entered Parsons Grange on the 12th of August. My family are very pleased with his new home, also myself. They have made my husband and myself very welcome. Everybody greets you with a smile, or asks if they can help you.

My sister and I are very happy with Parsons Grange. They look after my dad very well he's always telling us how happy and safe he feels. All the staff do a tremendous job and really care for my dad very well.
