My father spent his final months in Potters Grange Care home. The staff were efficient, professional and extremely caring. They treated him with dignity and kindness and went out of their way to make him comfortable and content. The home itself is lovely, well kept, modern and spotless. Evan and
his team of professionals lead the way in care giving. Every effort was made to give my father and indeed all the residents a great quality of life. I am happy to recommend this home to anyone considering care for their loved one. I never had any doubt about the fact that my father was cared for in the best way.

As a businessman, I am acutely aware that people are often too quick to voice grievances but rarely take the time to recognise excellence. My father was a resident here from July 2025 until his recent passing, living with complex Mixed Dementia and significant behavioural challenges. Despite these
difficulties, the team never wavered in their commitment to his dignity.
The Home Manager is quite simply one of the most capable and professional senior leaders I have encountered, possessing a rare blend of clinical tact and emotional intelligence. The reception team is the heartbeat of the operation, providing comprehensive knowledge and a welcoming atmosphere. I also wish to highlight the housekeeping staff; one individual in particular worked with a singular ferocity and professional speed while always maintaining a genuine, human connection with my father. Nearly all staff brought distinct personalities and a great sense of humour to their roles with impressive alacrity.

We took the decision of placing our Mum into respite care with Potters Grange towards the end of February. From the very first contact with the staff we were extremely impressed with the level of care, not only for our Mum but also for our family. We were aware right from the first day Mum arrived,
that the care is very personal and being a relatively small care home it gives the impression of being a large family. The facilities are outstanding & nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Our Mum has flourished in the 5 weeks that she has stayed & we have now confirmed that we will be changing her care to a permanent contact. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Potters Grange to anyone who may be looking to find a home for their loved ones.

It's coming up to 2 years of Mum living at Potters Grange and the care is excellent. All the staff work incredibly hard and with such kindness. Mum feels very at home and I can't thank them all enough. A wonderful place.

We are so relieved & thankful to have found Potters Grange. A beautiful care home with friendly staff and excellent 24 hour nurse care to look after our mum. Mum has settled in so well and is grateful to be receiving the care she now needs. The quiet, friendly atmosphere has enabled mum to regain
her confidence and enjoy life again. A very special place.

The General Manager, and every single member of staff at Potters Grange have made my Mother's transition into a Nursing Home so much easier than expected. They have all been so friendly and welcoming and the Nursing Care is above and beyond our expectations. My Mother arrived scared and quite unwell
and within a month she is looking and feeling better than she did a year ago. The accommodation and food compare to an upmarket boutique hotel and I look forward to every visit. Nothing is too much effort and everything is met with a smile. The family is benefiting from less stress and Mum is no longer scared but relaxed and happy.

We had arranged a lunch get-together for a family in the Fine Dining area.
The room was set up beautifully, we had a choice for lunch, and beverages were provided.
The service was excellent, the food was delicious & our family had a super time together.

Whenever visiting the home, I have always found the staff very welcoming and happy.
The staff are so kind and nothing is too much trouble.
The activities are fun with music and games, fitness classes, and lots of laughter.
There is a beautiful garden which residents, family, and friends can use
whenever the weather is good.
The food is always well prepared and nutritious and there is a good choice every day. Whenever visiting my twin Aunts am always asked if I want to stay for lunch with them.
Whenever there is a birthday the Chef always makes a special cake for the resident concerned and everyone joins in celebrating.
The cleanliness of Potters Grange is exceptional and everywhere is spotless.
There is a hairdresser and cinema where residents can view and enjoy films.
My Aunts are very happy living here.
Would highly recommend this home to family and friends.

I have been visiting the care home for over 2 years now.
I couldn't ask for a better home for my friend to be in.
All the residents & residents' relatives are treated with the utmost respect, the staff are caring, and compassionate & treat each resident as if it was their own Mother/Father.

We are constantly impressed by the level of care and attention given to my friend. It's been a special month as it was my friend's 98th birthday and it was beautifully celebrated with a beautiful home-cooked cake! We are so happy and confident my friend is recovering the most amazing care! Thank

My sister has been at the Potters Grange for over 2 years now. It took her a while to settle in due to new environment but she is settled and liking it now. I must say that it's a very welcoming place and has a homely feel with dedicated staff providing a great level of care. The staff are always
cheerful and willing to help and they ensure her health needs are met and make her feel safe at all times. There are opportunities for participation in meaningful indoor and outdoor activities. The place, garden areas, rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. There is also good quality food choices and options about where to eat meals. Overall I am happy with the care being provided to my sister and would recommend this place to my friends and families.

The team at Potters Grange are always welcoming, and always happy to help with my questions regarding the care for my mother. I also find Potters Grange an inclusive care home which is particularly important to me. The care home is always very presentable and the teams around the home are all
friendly and approachable. I have attended their Summer party for the residents and family and it was wonderful. Their garden space is lovely and calm. Thank you to the team for all you do - it is very much appreciated.

I have been visiting a friend who moved into Potters Grange in January 2024.
I have been extremely impressed with the standard of care given.
As soon as you walk through the door you are met with warm, caring receptionists who make you feel welcome.
Potters Grange is an amazing care home, the
best I have ever seen.
The Manager and all his excellent staff, from nurses, carers, domestics, catering, and maintenance, are a delight
and a credit to the care profession.
everyone is kind, caring, approachable and always ready to help.
They take time to talk and listen and understand residents' individual needs,
they create a wonderful home with understanding, fun and laughter.
I cannot thank them all enough for being such a wonderful team of caring people.
It would be lovely if all care homes were of this standard.

My aunt was a resident at Potters Grange for just over two years. During this time the care that she received was excellent and the staff were always very professional, caring and treated my Aunt with the utmost respect and dignity at all times. The gardens were lovely, well kept and my Aunt was
always encouraged to take advantage of the facility. There was a full programme of activities with lots of choices available. She was very happy there and I would highly recommend it.

My mum had been living at Potters Grange since June 2022 and sadly passed away on 24th June 2024. During that time the care and compassion she received from everyone at Potters Grange was incredible. This is especially true of her final weeks. If anyone reading this is looking for a care home for
themselves or their relative, I would not hesitate to recommend Potters Grange.

My aunt has been at Potters Grange for around 2 years and I cannot thank the care home and all the staff for the excellent service and care they have provided her since she first became a resident. In today's climate, it is not easy to find a suitable care home for loved ones, you hear all about the
shortfall in funding these days along with the shocking standards that people have to meet while being looked after. To be honest, this care home is luxury, the standards are extremely high. It definitely shows rooms, mealtime and the care everyone provides. Lovely gardens for the summer months and great entertainment for all that wants to take part. I am so pleased that I found this home for my aunt. She is very happy.

My mother was an owner of her own residential care home and so I'm familiar with CQC standards and the variety and range of professional care and environments.
Potters Grange led by the manager and his excellent team is definitely the best care home I have ever seen.
The facilities and setting are
matched by the highest level of professional care and personal consideration.
I couldn't praise the home enough.

My uncle truly loves it here, all the staff are amazing, it's so welcoming and friendly it really is home from home, we can't fault it in any way, my uncle needs nursing care, and nurses are there 24 hours. We are so fortunate to have found this amazing place. I would highly recommend this home to
anyone.

My neighbour moved here and I visited him regularly. The quality of rooms and the facilities were very high and the staff friendly and efficient. My neighbour was not always the easiest to please and he was very happy at Potters Grange.
