One of the most difficult decisions that a family member may have to make us to to arrange for full time residential care of a lived one.
When we visited Edenbridge Manor in August 2023 with my cousin, it immediately gave us a feeling of comfort and welcoming that put us all at ease, and pave the
way to have the 'difficult discussion'.
My cousin has been a resident since then, and celebrated her 100th birthday in 2024 - where the staff put on a party for her and around 25 of her visiting friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure she had a great day.
The care and attention to her health and well-being is wonderful, and gives us full confidence in the quality of the service provided by the team of wonderful staff.
A colleague of mine also has a relative in another of the Avery Care Homes, and feels the same support as we do.

Dad has now been a resident at Edenbridge Manor for almost a year. The carers look after him with great compassion. He enjoys the food, so much so that we have had to buy some more clothes as he is growing out of his current ones! Dad loves going out in the minibus to local cafes and it is really
good that he can have a regular change of scene. The home has the feel of a hotel and is kept lovely and clean. It is really nice to be greeted like a friend by the staff when we go to visit. It helps to make visiting much more enjoyable when you can talk to the staff.

The care our mother received for all of her time with you was excellent.
Especially the final 2 weeks of her time at your home.
The dignity and respect she was shown was a credit to all of those who cared for her.
As a family, we couldn't ask for anymore, Edenbridge Manor we would recommend
100%.

As much as I can see from my weekly visit that I make to see my sister I am confident that choosing The Avery last January has proved to be a good one. The building and its decor are bright and pleasant to be in. The layout is also spacious and the furniture is comfortable, with tv's in all the
lounges and rooms. The staff at all levels show a strong compassion towards the residents and provide physical and sometimes emotional support. Entertainment is provided every day by the staff which is hugely beneficial to the stimulation of the residents. I do notice that tea and snacks are always available and good quality food is provided by the canteens. I have only one point to raise which is, with all the above that is available I would like to see a routine of exercise introduced that would help shed some calories if there is not one at the moment.

I would like to thank all the staff at Edenbridge Manor care home for the kindness, care and compassion that they so freely give to my mum.
The staff are amazing, mum appreciated the fuss they made for her birthday last month and is so happy and settled.
Thank you.

My mother was the first resident at Edenbridge Manor Care Home moving to the home in early spring 2021. She had four and a half years enjoying the company and the care as her memory declined. Mum passed away recently at 98 after a short stay in hospital.
The home is a truly lovely place and I was
always confident that she was safe and comfortable, she made some lovely friends with both other residents and the staff. The staff, headed up with the new manager, are a great team, so happy and enthusiastic. I really believe Edenbridge Manor Care home was the very best next thing to my mum being in her own home and I will always be grateful to them.

Edenbridge Manor is a lovely, welcoming care home. We visit a friend there every week. Our friend is well looked after, has the companionship of the other residents and enjoys taking part in the many activities organised on a daily basis. The staff are very friendly and caring and greet us as regular
visitors. Our friend recently had a birthday and the home arranged a marvellous afternoon tea party for us and provided a super birthday cake. The home is very clean and is maintained to a hotel standard. Our friend appreciates her comfortable private en-suite room which is large enough to entertain occasional guests. Thank you very much.

It's a lovely home! All the staff are really sweet & care about making genuine connections with residents and their families. The home itself has amazing facilities & is so clean. There's so much for residents to do, with daily activities and events, as well as lounges to relax with guests/other
residents. It has a really homely feel & is a really lovely place to visit & spend time with family.

I moved my mother from another care home where she had been a resident for 18 months. The difference is night and day. Edenbridge Manor is so welcoming with many opportunities for Mum to get involved. Mum was in care following a complex fracture. In the other care home she hardly walked anywhere, in
Edenbridge she walks everywhere. This is so much to do with the caring staff who Mum compliments regularly. I could ask for nothing more for Mum knowing she is happy, safe and so well cared for.

The staff are kind, tolerant and welcoming to both my mother in law and us as a family. The environment is clean, cheerful and almost hotel like in quality, making visiting nana/mum in law a pleasant experience for both the children and myself. The staff are so kind they try and encourage my mother
in law to get the best of of all the different opportunities, of which there are many. She loves Bingo and movies. Thank you.

Spotless and very clean.
Lovely coffee machine with cakes and biscuits for all to enjoy.
Resident's room is nice and spacious with her own little patio on to the garden.
In the piano room, they had a 'Mad Hatters Tea Party' which all the

My wife and I came to Edenbridge Manor Care Home in March 2023. I am 92 and my wife is 90. We did not look forward to having to leave our bungalow in a very pretty village in South Northamptonshire. Having no family in that area, we chose The Manor to be closer to our last remaining family member.
Wow what a great choice we made. It has been all that you could have wished for from the beginning until the present. 5 star accommodation with 5 star service.

My family joined my nan for a community lunch.
We had a table laid to join my nan. The lunch was beautifully presented. Roast chicken, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, baby carrots, broccoli stems and gravy. Was very tasty! With one my favourite old school classics of jam and coconut sponge with
custard for pudding.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who made us feel very welcome.
