I visit here, and I cannot speak highly enough of this care home. From the moment you walk in, you're met with such a warm, friendly welcome and a lovely atmosphere that feels just like home.
The whole team is absolutely wonderful - every member of staff is kind, patient, attentive, and clearly
dedicated to giving the very best care. Both the Managers and the Front of House Manager lead by example; they are approachable, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and every resident feels safe, happy, and valued. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can see how much they genuinely care.
The home itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with such a positive, calm vibe throughout. The person I visit is always well looked after, content, and has nothing but praise for the support they receive here.
I do and will continue to recommend this care home to anyone looking for outstanding care.

Great home, friendly staff and clean. Brilliant chose of food and the outings are excellent. They have singers on and there always seems to be something going on such as coffee mornings, events and in house activities

My Mother- in -Law has just recently moved into Hepworth House due to Dementia. After visiting a few different care homes we chose Hepworth House as the staff are really amazing- very professional, caring & efficient & respectful of the patients needs & wishes .The whole facility is immaculately
clean, modern & fitted out to a very high standard. A range of various activities are provided for the patients of all abilities.
As a family we chose Hepworth house for Mum as we feel safe in the knowledge that she is being properly cared for and treated with respect & dignity she deserves

The minute you walk inside Hepworth house it's like coming home the staff are all happy and you can tell they love there jobs I know my brother is well looked after and has lots of activities to help with his dementia they involve all the family with different things going off .which is lovely.
There is never any smells in the home which is wonderful many thanks from all the family.

My mum absolutely was looking forward to Kathleen 100 birthday party, she had a fabulous time and we all did too , absolutely second to none the amount of effort to celebrate Kathleen 100th birthday was fabulous, we all enjoyed our time great grandchildren too loved giving their gift to Kathleen,
well done to all , always above and beyond to make everything soo special for residents and families xxx

Hepwoth house is an amazing home for my brother is is so happy there and well looked after
He has started to smile more and gets involved in all activities daily that the home provides
I would highly recommend this home to anyone it's is clean .

A caring environment with friendly, efficient staff within a facility that projects an assurance of quality.
My friend is content and comfortable in her surroundings, which is both pleading and reassuring. Costs appear high in nature, but programe is in line with national guidelines and standards.
Overall, a nice place to be looked after.

I have been visiting since the home opened. I have always been made to feel welcome. It is certainly home from home and all staff are considerate and kind.

From our first visit I was truly blown away Hepworth House is out of this world definitely a 5* care home. We decided as a family that it was the perfect place for my Dad to move into. He moved in December and quickly settled. Everytime we visit he's got a smile on his face which is so reassuring to
us. Everything is to the highest of standards, the staff from front of house to carers are fantastic, anything you ask them is never no trouble. I would recommend Hepworth House to anyone who is in the same position we were in the end of last year.

My Auntie is a resident here, she has settled in so well and made lots of new friends. The rooms are lovely and homely, I could move in myself!. There's lots of activities to choose from daily and she is very happy with the staff. The best care home I have visited and would recommend it to anyone
thinking about it.

Hepworth House is a stunning home, and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It is very clean, and the food looks and smells amazing. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at Hepworth House, whether its long term or just a short visit. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Very helpful lovely staff,got my mum respite care when I was desperate,can now go on holiday without worrying I know she will be looked after well,lovely rooms think mum says she's going into respite a hotel

We were impressed from our first visit, and resident settled in well. She is a dementia sufferer, so it wasn't easy to get a reliable response from her, but she always seems clean, tidy, comfortable and contented. Contact with staff was positive throughout her 2 weeks stay.
Would recommend to
others - in fact, we already have done.

My Gran came for a short stay and ended up staying permanently. The facilities at Hepworth House are beyond amazing the staff take care of my grandma like they are taking care of there own loved ones the staff go above and beyond for staff and families we are so thrilled that we chose Hepworth house
and there extraordinary staff she feels loved safe and cared for. From Erin.
