A caring environment with friendly, efficient staff within a facility that projects an assurance of quality.
My friend is content and comfortable in her surroundings, which is both pleading and reassuring. Costs appear high in nature, but programe is in line with national guidelines and standards.
Overall, a nice place to be looked after.

I have been visiting since the home opened. I have always been made to feel welcome. It is certainly home from home and all staff are considerate and kind.

Amazing care home, brilliant staff, clean and homely. No issue is too big or too small. Very supportive and feels like home from home.

Friendly atmosphere. Facilities look good, plenty of rooms for residents, family and friends to go in. Very clean, food and restaurants look very nice.

From our first visit I was truly blown away Hepworth House is out of this world definitely a 5* care home. We decided as a family that it was the perfect place for my Dad to move into. He moved in December and quickly settled. Everytime we visit he's got a smile on his face which is so reassuring to
us. Everything is to the highest of standards, the staff from front of house to carers are fantastic, anything you ask them is never no trouble. I would recommend Hepworth House to anyone who is in the same position we were in the end of last year.

My Auntie is a resident here, she has settled in so well and made lots of new friends. The rooms are lovely and homely, I could move in myself!. There's lots of activities to choose from daily and she is very happy with the staff. The best care home I have visited and would recommend it to anyone
thinking about it.

Hepworth House is a stunning home, and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It is very clean, and the food looks and smells amazing. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at Hepworth House, whether its long term or just a short visit. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

Very helpful lovely staff,got my mum respite care when I was desperate,can now go on holiday without worrying I know she will be looked after well,lovely rooms think mum says she's going into respite a hotel

We were impressed from our first visit, and resident settled in well. She is a dementia sufferer, so it wasn't easy to get a reliable response from her, but she always seems clean, tidy, comfortable and contented. Contact with staff was positive throughout her 2 weeks stay.
Would recommend to
others - in fact, we already have done.

My Gran came for a short stay and ended up staying permanently. The facilities at Hepworth House are beyond amazing the staff take care of my grandma like they are taking care of there own loved ones the staff go above and beyond for staff and families we are so thrilled that we chose Hepworth house
and there extraordinary staff she feels loved safe and cared for. From Erin.

My mother in law has been at Hepworth for about 18months and we could not be happier. She really enjoys being here and the staff could not be nicer and kinder. Mum is always clean and dressed well and loves the food and refreshments. There is always entertainment and things for them to do. Other
homes we visited seemed to just have residents sat looking bored and Mum is a very active person. She even joins in dusting and setting tables for dinner and it is the little things that make her feel valued and wanted. The staff numbers are good and they are all well trained. If there are ever any medical issues at things to worry about the staff are very proactive and the communication with the family is just right.
Keep doing what you are doing.

My grandma came to Hepworth House for respite originally, following a couple of falls at home, but she is now a permanent resident here and I couldn't be happier. The staff are so lovely and they always update me with how she is doing. It's absolutely spotless, my grandma has a beautiful room and
she is really well looked after. The staff genuinely care about her and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all the staff that have made my grandma feel so welcome!

My late mother resided here for just over 2 years. The staff employed in this home are excellent care givers and it was evident that my mum was genuinely loved and cared for. As a family we can only express our utmost thanks and appreciation to all those involved in caring for mum and ensuring her
quality of life was as good as it could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home, it's rated outstanding and that is how I would describe the home, its staff and the quality of care that was delivered to my mum. THANK YOU

Hepworth House is a superb place for your loved ones to live. Extremely friendly and lots going on, activities, etc, should they wish to join in. My mum was one of the first in now in her 4th year, and all been happy years. Staff and care given is 100%. I couldn't wish for better.

The staff are brilliant at encouraging my mum to join in activities, which can be very difficult at times. When engaged in activities she really enjoys herself particularly singing and keep fit. Brilliant care home with committed staff.

Staff are good at ensuring my great grandma tries new things, recently taking her out for a coffee & dance.
They provide entertainment inside that allows her to socialise, but without any pressure.
