The atmosphere in the home is very friendly and homely. The staff are very considerate and caring and all the staff know the residents by name. The staff are very attentive to residents and families, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are kept clean, tidy and in good condition, and the food
is of good quality and freshly cooked on site. My father was a resident for six months and was very happy there. I cannot praise the home enough.

Mum and dad are both residents at Cavell Park, one on residential and one on nursing. Both have accepted Cavell Park as their new home.
The attention and care both receive is exceptional. The staff will do anything to please both residents and family. You can tell that the staff really care for
the residents. They show genuine affection. They have become like a large family. I cannot praise them enough.

The care and dedication shown here at Cavell Park was outstanding, warm welcome efficient. Our resident had many many visitors and they still checked in every 15 minutes. We thank you for the time you gave.

After being in hospital for 5 weeks it was a treat to come to Cavell Park. I know of the care at another care home (in the same group) so was prepared for a relaxing treat in order to get strong and fit to manage at home without carers coming in. Thanks to all the staff & fellow residents I leave to
go home today!

My stay was required for respite care after spending six weeks in hospital after passing out at home and breaking numerous bones etc in back & chest plus other problems. After standing with walking frame, the hospital discharged me only option was to go home with NHS carers, or find your own respite
care in a care home.
This care home has met all my needs and more, I can now move on with life outside hospitals. Thank you.

My 99 year old mother arrived in Feb 2025. From day 1 she felt at home. The staff are exceptional. I cannot be more thankful for whatever you do for my mother. The quality of the home is 5 star in every way.

The care that my mother received has been way above and beyond my expectations. The staff are truly wonderful, compassionate and it can be seen clearly in their eyes how upset they have been at the treatment my mother received in her previous care facility. Virtually starving from lack of help she
ate a 3 course meal when she arrived here and enjoyed a bath. She trusted the staff immediately on arrival. I cannot thank the staff enough for their warm welcome and support for both my mother and me.

I find Cavell Park a really good nursing home, the management and staff are all very helpful and caring, although my wife has been there for two months, she is treated like one of the family and is loved by everyone. As I write this, the weather is very hot (33 degrees), and although my wife has a
fan supplied by the family, could the rooms not be fitted with fans for such a modern nursing home?

My overall experience was very good, made to feel very comfortable. My only criticism is that the gardens look very tired and need tending to a lot more. The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

I would recommend Cavell Park home to anyone for long or short stay.
My father's care is first class ALL the staff are very caring helpful and friendly nothing is ever too much for them they go above and beyond.
My father settled in very quickly he enjoys all of the activities and events.
The
nursing floor are wonderful and always strive to meet his needs.
He would say Cavell has given him a new lease of life.

My two daughters reviewed several care homes to look after me while my house was being repaired. I was most surprised at the total facilities available and I am pleased with with result. I would recommend this company.

Cavell Park Care Home is, without a doubt, the nicest care home I have ever visited. The premises are like a 5-star hotel. The staff (all of them) were absolutely delightful, extremely helpful and always available. I visited with two other friends and we had lunch in the private dining room. Food
was absolutely delicious and our waitress charming. I have no hesitation in recommending Cavell Park for all the attributes referred to above!

My mother was looked after extremely well by the staff. The atmosphere throughout the nursing home was so warm and friendly together with the care given to both residents and guests. The highly recommend Cavell Park and cant thank them enough for the care they gave my mother whilst she was there.

Our mum and dad have just joined Cavell Park a few days ago. Words fail me to express our gratitude towards all the staff and residents for making them feel so welcome and at home. Leaving your home of 63 years to move into a new one is extremely hard, and settling is not easy.
To say Cavell Park
is like a 5-star hotel does not do it justice, because a hotel stay in wonderful surroundings with amazing food would not also bring the level of care provided from every member of the team there, whatever their role. The energy of the place is nothing short of incredible. The management is superb. To the manager, you run the place with your heart and you can see that running through every single member of your team. Nothing is too much trouble and it is so clear to see you are all there because you want to be and because you love looking after others.
I cannot recommend Cavell Park enough. I had no idea care homes could be this good! I would actually happily move in myself. Thank you all so much.
