Since my mother arrived at Pearl Peak House she has received fantastic care. All the staff have a great attitude and are always welcoming to myself and family. Nothing is too much trouble and they show nothing but compassion to the residents.

I cannot praise the staff enough. My mum was in Pearl Peak House for nearly 2 years until be passed away in May.the staff looked after mum like you would look after your own mum, they were always smiling, helpful and on hand. Mum loved them all. Mum was always clean at all times. If she asked for a
drink she got one. It never smelt like an old people home. Bedroom always spotless. I know mum had loving people around her when she died.

Pearl Peak House it is excellent care home for people like my husband with dementia.

We find the care here to be excellent the staff ALWAYS keep us informed about what is happening. In our experience of vaious carers the ones at Aspen Hill are the most compassionate, always cheerful, very experienced in managing residents (not always easy) and well managed. A BIG thank you.

Our review was good this morning. The nurse told us and showed us everything in Mum's care plan.
The meeting was a positive one.

Very pleased with the care home, and regular 6 monthly care plans to keep the family updated and our brother's health. Make telephone conversations if there is any change to the plane i.e. covid or influenza jabs and any health concerns where the families permission is required. Pearl Peaks is
well-maintained and clean. Overall very happy.

My mother has been in Pearl Peak House since November 2023. I have been very pleased with the care and support which she has received during her time in the home. The staff are very caring and friendly. The communication is good, and most importantly, Mum is happy, settled and safe.

My mum-in-law has settled in well. Her room is spotless every time I visit, and she has a variety of meals. The carers are always available to speak to and work hard to keep the residents calm and settled.

I have always found the staff at Peal Peak to be caring and helpful. They are always patient with Mother despite her sometimes "challenging" behaviour.

Mum has received excellent care since moving to Aspen Village. The carers are genuinely interested in helping and caring for our mum.

My experience at Pearl Peak has been outstanding. This is due to the high level of care from all the staff here in this unit for my father, which covers his personal care and the cleanliness of the home. Keep up the fantastic work.

Mum seems settled. Most staff is helpful and friendly. Like the individual units, they are more homely (than a large unit).

Mom's care is everything that can be expected. The staff are wonderful and do a great job under extremely difficult circumstances. Meals are also great, lots of choices. A big thank you to all at Pearl Peak.

My short experience of Aspen Hills, Pearl Peak House has been excellent.
Dad has been a resident for 4 weeks and the care and attention showed to him has been first class.
The carers' attention is unbelievable, they are aware of all movement. They are polite, friendly, easy to talk to.
They know
every whim of Dad's already.
