We find the care here to be excellent the staff ALWAYS keep us informed about what is happening. In our experience of vaious carers the ones at Aspen Hill are the most compassionate, always cheerful, very experienced in managing residents (not always easy) and well managed. A BIG thank you.

Very pleased with the care home, and regular 6 monthly care plans to keep the family updated and our brother's health. Make telephone conversations if there is any change to the plane i.e. covid or influenza jabs and any health concerns where the families permission is required. Pearl Peaks is well-maintained
and clean. Overall very happy.

My mother has been in Pearl Peak House since November 2023. I have been very pleased with the care and support which she has received during her time in the home. The staff are very caring and friendly. The communication is good, and most importantly, Mum is happy, settled and safe.

My short experience of Aspen Hills, Pearl Peak House has been excellent.
Dad has been a resident for 4 weeks and the care and attention showed to him has been first class.
The carers' attention is unbelievable, they are aware of all movement. They are polite, friendly, easy to talk to.

I find the home to be clean at all times, staffed very well, the residents have plenty of activities to do if they choose. My mom is very happy here which means a great deal to us as a family. The meals are lovely and there are large helpings. Can't fault the home in any way, shape or form.
