Cannot fault humberston care home. Impeccable. Staff, building, everything.
Always happy to help, doesn't matter if the problem is little or large.
The nursing also is top quality and both my grandparents are very happy here.

Oh my God, what can I say? This place is fabulous the stuff is so friendly nothing is too much trouble. The place itself is like a five star hotel the care that is given to my 97-year-old mother is top-notch.. I cannot fault anything, the food is absolutely fabulous. Jack takes so much care overall
the clients asking them individually if everything was okay. Is there anything that they would like? Different? It's just great.

Hayley took time out to catch up with me to give me the details of the outing she took my mother in law on. My mother in law is not in a good state of mind and Hayley is very aware of this situation and has always been empathetic to this. Hayley went over and above to aif my mother in laws
experience on her outing however in addition to this, Hayley has always been a source of upbeat and cheer whenever approached or just passing, she is a an absolute joy to have around.

My mother is a resident at HHCH, and as a relative who visits frequently, I feel she is treated with dignity and respect.
She prefers to remain in her room rather than joining activities or dining with others; however, Hayley consistently makes efforts to encourage and include her whenever
possible.
The carers are always cheerful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the home. I have found Clare to be an excellent manager who responds promptly to any concerns raised. I am also kept well informed should my mother experience a fall or have any health issues .
The home itself is consistently clean and well maintained.

Facilities at the care home are lovely, very well accommodating to all.
Beautifully clean and very welcome atmosphere.
Came for a tea party for a family member and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Came for my wife's granny birthday. Excellent service from the staff, very friendly atmosphere and plenty of food provided for all. Room we had was excellent, plenty of space with all the required amenities

Humberston house completley dispels the historic reputation of care homes.
Decorated to a high standard on par with exclusive hotels.
Care staff extremley attentive & actually care, house keeping staff excellent the home is clean and smells clean.
What really stood out was the dark haired
activity lady who was so happy and really uplifted the spirits of the residents.
Mangement have done a wonderful job.

My father in law originally went in for respite but the care he's had such good care and now my mother in law has moved in too
They love all the entertainment and can't fault any of the staff.
It's good that the staff has meetings with the residents and listen to them

Afternoon tea put on for my mums birhtday (at a cost, of course). The tea was lovely. The staff were very helpful, and my mother loved being made a fuss of. Nice balloons and decorations. Well done.

As a visitor to the new home, I found it a very pleasant and cosy place. More like a hotel than a care home. Lovely spacious rooms and an ensuite to match. Food very good. As we had xmas lunch there.
Enjoy visiting residents as a cosy and warm in home, very spacious lounges and nice and light.
Well planned and very clean place.

From the very first time we stepped in the door we have been blown away with how friendly, honest and genuinely caring all the staff have been, not only to my dad who is a resident but my mum who visits every day.
The level of care and patience every member of staff demonstrates each and every day
is truly outstanding, nothing is too much trouble.
The home is like a friendly boutique hotel extremely clean, spacious and looks and feels brand new.
We could not have asked for more, thank you so much to all the staff, you are all angels.

We cannot recommend Humberston House high enough. Mu mim came in for respite care for 1 month after feeling very vulnerable and poorly from the winter virus - and the home have really looked after her and helped her get back on her feet. She has loved the care, the food, the fun, and the activities.
It's been first class! A lovely place.

All of the staff i met were so incredibly kind, helpful and caring both with myself and my grandmother.
My grandmother was / is very happy visiting for respite and has nothing but positive things to say about all the staff. The staff are always full of enthusiasm and smiles all round. Absolutely

All staff are very friendly and patient at all times. Despite it being a demanding job, every staff member finds the time to help my dad. He has come on leaps and bounds while at Humberston House, after having a tough time with a range of issues including his mental health.

You guys are wonderful your care of the residents is top class, long may it continue. The residency is a very nice place pleasant to visit and always keep in top condition. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

My Dad lived at Humberston House from January through December 2025, and couldn't have been happier with the care he received. Claire and her team show so much empathy for their residents and in my opinion go above and beyond to make sure that people feel comfortable, safe and respected. There are
lots of activities, the place is super well designed and light, and is kept immaculately clean. We joined my Dad for meals on a number of occasions, and I can honestly say that the food is restaurant quality. We even made use of the cinema room to watch 6 Nations rugby together, which was a real treat.
Nicky, Kelly, Danielle and the rest of the team - thank you so much for looking after Dad while he was with you.

Our mum recently stayed here for respite. The care she received from everyone was fantastic. The facilities are the best we have seen locally and out family were made to feel very welcome on every visit.
I would recommend anyone needing care to atleast visit here and check it out before deciding
where to use as once you look around you will be impressed by what you see.
Thank you again to everyone, you made our mums time here very memorable during what was a tough time for our family.

We had a wonderful experience on the occasion of my sister's birthday. Three of us visited, so we were four sisters together. We had a delicious private lunch, and the room was beautifully decorated. It was very enjoyable and we were treated as though in the best restaurant. Thank you so much.

I have been at Humberston House for 2 weeks' respite care & have been treated with the utmost respect & dignity. My every need has been catered for on a personal basis. The staff go over and beyond to see that people are motivated, well looked after & fed appropriately to meet dietary needs. I think
the residents here are extremely lucky people to be in such a superb environment. I cannot fault the wonderful care I have received. Thank you.
