View Full Details of Sleaford Hall Care HomeMade to feel very welcome and comfortable. No concerns about my wife's care or safety. Sleaford Hall is spotlessly clean and food is excellent.
This morning, Dad's transition reached an extraordinary milestone. After several weeks of settling in, he woke up later than usual but greeted everyone with a golden smile that seemed to brighten the entire room. His relaxed demeanour and peaceful energy spoke volumes about his newfound comfort in this environment, and the sight of his happiness moved me deeply. It was not just a smile - it was a declaration that he feels at ease, surrounded by kindness and genuine care. Such a transformation fills the heart with gratitude; seeing Dad radiate joy and contentment reassures me that this step wa not only right but a blessing. Today, his happiness became a beacon of hope, illuminating the immense power of acceptance and the beauty of embracing change.
Sleaford Hall is a friendly and welcoming environment that always goes above and beyond for their residents and I am so glad that this was the home we chose to care for our loved one. The staff never seem to stop and the care is always exemplary.
My mum always said don't put me in a care home but out 95 years she needed a lot more help than I could give so we came to look round Sleaford Hall she was amazed lovely home friendly clean like a hotel she moved in the next day the best decision we made she loves it the lovely chats so friendly she loves activities the company definitely recommend this care home.
My mother arrived at Sleaford Hall two weeks ago. She could no longer cope at home. Although she has been slow to settle this is not a reflection on the home, which is clean, tidy and welcoming. It is without doubt the right place for her. Staff are friendly and the manager is caring and visible.
Took part in VE Day party, it was brilliant, so much for carers to do, organising, getting all residents to the party room. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food and the entertainment. I know my friend's mum is very happy at Sleaford Hall. Well done.
My husband has only been day care for the last 5 months. Staff very kind very caring.
The care home and team are amazing! When Nan first had her fall we were really worried about her going from pillar to post, since she's been in Sleaford hall she's a different person, For the better! she takes part in some activities (that's would've never happened before) she's gained more confidence, made new friends in a beautiful homely environment! The staff are fab which completely puts all of us at ease knowing she's in good hands! We cannot thank the help and support from Sleaford hall enough!
Since my father came to live in Sleaford Hall we have been delighted. The initial meeting with the home manager was positive and supportive. My father is sleeping so much better, has vastly improved mobility and improved speech. He has gained weight and is doing so well. We cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and care. Highly recommend Sleaford Hall to anyone but especially for their care of Parkinson's patients.
Overall very good.
My Mother moved into Sleaford Hall in January 2024. Unfortunately passed 18th of November but during that time she was happy and well cared for. As often happens with age no filters were needed so occasionally the staff and family were caught in the crossfire but always taken with a smile. As time grew nearer the staff kept us well informed and eased Mother across.
Excellent service in a caring environment, superb staff and nothing is too much bother. Good facilities and spotless.
My mum lives here, I wouldn't call it a care home, it is a hotel for the elderly. My mum is so happy here, she could not be looked after better. A particular member of staff organised the ponies today, how lovely that their days are filled with lovely people coming in and giving them their best life. Thank you just doesn't seem enough. The staff are fabulous and bring sheer joy to my mum.
Mum came out of her room for most of the day and enjoyed doing puzzles. Was very enthusiastic and encouraged other residents to join in. This is a big, very positive change for Mum.
A beautiful home with an amazing team! Relaxed and welcoming feeling at all times. The team are always happy to help and support the residents and their family and friends. 'Happy home, happy residents' and this is clear to see. Well done to the whole team.
I decided to wait 6 months before writing this review. I can honestly say in the last few years my dad has not looked so relaxed and happy since he's been here. The staff are more than just carers they've become good friends to all of us.
Absolutely superb care home in every respect. My wife found it after a local search and I am so happy that she did. The facilities are excellent, the building and rooms are brand new and the staff are really friendly and helpful. What's not to like!
My husband and I heard from a friend that a new care home had opened so we came to look. The manager greeted us himself and gave us a tour and an informal chat about the home and what it offers. I booked for 2 weeks and prepared over the weekend. The atmosphere was friendly, busy and full of love. I was given a lovely room and fed delicious food. I had the luxury of a bath, something I hadn't experienced for years. I was invited to the activity room and enjoyed joining in.
Has been a smooth transition into the care home. He has made good progress over the few weeks he has been here. He is clean and tidy and his room is spotless. He really enjoys his food and is given plenty to eat and drink.
I visited a few local care homes when it came to my Mum needing more care than I could give her. When I walked into the Hall I knew it was the right place. It felt warm, cozy, and friendly, and the décor was bright and modern (not like a traditional care home). The manager and staff were friendly, I noticed that the carers weren't sitting in an office if paperwork needed to be done it was done in the same room as the residents. Carers always treat residents with dignity and respect, they work with myself and my sister to make my Mum's care the best it can be.
