It can be very daunting, putting parents into care it's a complete new world for everyone. After initial teething problems that were expected, my parents are now settling. The help from all the staff has been second to none. From the reception to the manager. The care shown, even from the gardener and
the hairdresser is first class. They are all there to help and do! My parents are eating very well and the activities are available daily. It's a first class cruise ship on the ground!

Staff are great with mum, giving her PC, drinks, friendly towards her. Room is clean and washing of clothes great. Mums has pureed food and always to a good standard. Receptionist could smile and greet visitors! Carers are great.

Mum moved to Sleaford Hall only 1 week ago, and the positive change in Mum in only 1 week is amazing. I visited for the first time recently, and I could see a glow in my mum's face and a bright smile. The staff have been fantastic, polite and very caring. Mum is happy and content, and this is so big
for the family. I hope my mum continues to enjoy her stay and keeps a very bright smile. Thank you Seaford Hall.

The accommodation and services provided by the home have been excellent. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and my mum is enjoying her stay. She is still a bit nervous but is getting happier and more settled by the day. So all very good.

Overall experience at this care home for my friend has been great. A few issues, but have been addressed in a timely manner. All staff are fantastic, caring, attentive, and always take the time to listen to my friends' needs and worries.

My mum has been in the hall for 3 days. I cannot praise our initial experience enough. I am so happy and relieved to see Mum relaxed and settling in so quickly. Day 2 was a bit wobbly and I asked to stay for lunch at short notice and this was no problem. Facilities top notch. Calm and happy staff. Lovely
environment. We have made a good choice.

Mum started here two days ago and is already doing really well. The environment is calm and relaxed, perfect for Mum, who has dementia. She is eating and drinking well, and being cared for and kept busy and active. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Very happy so far. It is early days.

This morning, Dad's transition reached an extraordinary milestone. After several weeks of settling in, he woke up later than usual but greeted everyone with a golden smile that seemed to brighten the entire room. My mum always said don't put me in a care home but out 95 years she needed a lot more help than I could give so we came to look round Sleaford Hall she was amazed lovely home friendly clean like a hotel she moved in the next day the best decision we made she loves it the lovely chats so friendly she
loves activities the company definitely recommend this care home.

My mother arrived at Sleaford Hall two weeks ago. She could no longer cope at home. Although she has been slow to settle this is not a reflection on the home, which is clean, tidy and welcoming. It is without doubt the right place for her. Staff are friendly and the manager is caring and visible.

Took part in VE Day party, it was brilliant, so much for carers to do, organising, getting all residents to the party room. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food and the entertainment. I know my friend's mum is very happy at Sleaford Hall. Well done.

The care home and team are amazing! When Nan first had her fall we were really worried about her going from pillar to post, since she's been in Sleaford hall she's a different person, For the better! she takes part in some activities (that's would've never happened before) she's gained more confidence,
made new friends in a beautiful homely environment! The staff are fab which completely puts all of us at ease knowing she's in good hands! We cannot thank the help and support from Sleaford hall enough!

Since my father came to live in Sleaford Hall we have been delighted. The initial meeting with the home manager was positive and supportive. My father is sleeping so much better, has vastly improved mobility and improved speech. He has gained weight and is doing so well. We cannot thank the staff enough
for their patience and care. Highly recommend Sleaford Hall to anyone but especially for their care of Parkinson's patients.

My Mother moved into Sleaford Hall in January 2024. Unfortunately passed 18th of November but during that time she was happy and well cared for. As often happens with age no filters were needed so occasionally the staff and family were caught in the crossfire but always taken with a smile. As time grew
nearer the staff kept us well informed and eased Mother across.
