This is a 'home from home'. Very caring to resident and family. Everything is so good; staff, communication, cleanliness, food, laundry. The building is light and cheerful. So pleased he is in such a well managed care home.

An excellent home. Always receive a warm welcome. Everywhere is very clean. The rooms are spacious and bright. The lounge/dining area is very comfortable and homely. Activities for the residents are excellent. Food is excellent. Overall, a really lovely place.

I have been hugely impressed by the excellent quality and standard of this new care home. It is beautiful and superbly furnished and equipped to meet the needs of residents and to facilitate the care given by the carers. The home is always warm and comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderful and very
welcoming. A veritable home-from-home for the residents. Sleaford Hall Care Home is a real credit to the staff, the manager and Tanglewood Care Homes. Please note that at the time of completing this questionnaire, there are only three residents, therefore, I have not been able to form an opinion about the activities.

Sherin joined Toray Pines in August 2018 and regards it as one of the best decisions he has made. Sherin has 14 years of work experience within the care sector, which has helped him to extend his knowledge. He has a degree in Pharmacology and has a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care; recently he completed the Developing Manager’s Programme and CPD Accredited “Person Centred Dementia Care”. His overall aim is to provide a great working and living atmosphere for his colleagues and service users respectively.

I joined Tanglewood Care Services at Toray Pines Care Home in September 2018 as an Assistant Cook. In September 2019 I joined the Lifestyles team as a Co-ordinator. I connect very well with the residents in a kind, fun, respectful and caring manner, encouraging them to join in meaningful activities which I plan and arrange.
I thoroughly enjoy arranging events such as Fayre, parties, pantomimes, quiz nights and coffee mornings, to name but a few, always involving families, friends and the local community.


I really enjoy spending time with our residents, hearing their life stories and more, my aim each day is to make each and every one of them smile and feel valued. I am highly enthusiastic about Activities and lifestyle, with a keen eye for detail and am always looking for my next challenge within my role.


I am very excited to be part of the team at Sleaford Hall and to welcome our first residents to our home.
