I can't express how grateful I am for the outstanding care my brother Stephen has received since his admission to Acer Mews. After spending six long months in the hospital, where he faced numerous challenges due to his complex health needs, it was evident that he needed a more supportive
environment.From the very first day, I noticed a remarkable difference. Stephen was up and about, eating, and even starting to interact with the staff and other residents. It was a breath of fresh air to see him engaged and showing signs of improvement, especially after four months of being confined to his bed.The staff at Acer Mews are truly exceptional. They are not only kind and compassionate but also highly skilled in managing complex needs. Their attentiveness and dedication have made a world of difference for Stephen. It's heartwarming to see him smile and receive the time and attention he deserves.This experience has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, knowing that he is in such capable hands

Thank you to all staff for making mums day special ( Pauline) on her birthday, and everything you all do on her good days and bad days, all the family appreciates everything you do ,

My Partner has been a service user at Acer Mews since June 2024, his physical and emotional needs have been met by staff to an impeccable standard. The staff have always been extremely helpful, caring and professional when I have visited. A lot of thought is always put into activities and presents
for each service user not only did my partner receive some lovely Christmas presents from all the staff, but more recently received a gorgeous bag of chocolate and sweet goodies for Easter.

My friend has nothing but praise for Acer Mews.
From the care he receives to the food.
He has not been outside for years and now gets out in the garden regularly.
He can also now get to the other rooms.

During the time my relative has been in the home, he has not received quality care delivered with compassion and dignity. The specialist care required and the care plan from the local authority have not been followed and further interventions have been required as a direct result of Acer Mews. A
formal complaint has been made to the CQC which is currently investigating. This home has only been open since March 2024.
