View Full Details of Willowbrook ViewI found the staff all very polite and hard working, plus always willing to stop and talk and, more importantly, listen to the residents and their families. The care home is always clean and welcoming.
The care and attention given to our friend and ourselves as visitors showed that the care home has the best interests of everyone at its heart. This is something very rare these days and is to be applauded. Care is a vacation, and Willowbrook has been blessed with a great team. They spent a lot of time trying to ensure that they could meet our friends' eating requirements. Yes, it's a new care home and always learning to further their team, but person centred care time and a willingness to go the extra mile is an excellent start for clients, visitors, and to have happy staff.
A lovely home, with great staff and facilities. It also has an impressive activities programme.
We were apprehensive and had lots of worries about placing mum into respite care, however, we can't thank you enough for the patience, kindness, warmth and support that the whole Willowbrook team showed mum (and us). This was always going to be an emotional time for us but we cannot praise you enough for making it an easier transition. We feel so lucky to have found you! Never heard of or have seen a care home as wonderful as this. Thank you!
What a welcoming and beautiful environment, luxury size bedrooms and ensuites. Lovely inviting bistro area. My mother-in-law is ejoying the atmosphere and food. Everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend.
I'm relieved my grandmother has found such a caring and beautiful home to relax in. Everyone is so welcoming at Willowbrook View. An exceptional care home for the elderly. Thanks for making us so welcome when we visited.
I was worried about doing this respite stay but made my mind up and decided I needed to go ahead, It has been a good decision. Everyone is kind, respectful, always willing to help and considerate of our needs.
My gran stayed here for a respite stay and she hasn't stopped talking about it since she got home. The home is like a 5 star hotel, the staff are friendly and down to earth and clearly have a passion for caring for the people who live there. They have a minibus for trips out and families can have lunch together. A really well run home and I'm sure gran will be coming back for another stay.
Over four visits this spring, my wife and I have been consistently impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and outstanding care at Willowbrook View in Swindon. In newly landscaped grounds near canal towpaths, it offers peaceful outdoor activity and easy access to local amenities, including a nearby pub/restaurant and Waitrose. A memorable moment was seeing two herons while our grandson joyfully pushed his Great Great Uncle along the tow-path, a heartwarming, multi-generational experience. Inside, the care continues. Staff are genuinely kind and attentive to both residents and visitors, creating a true sense of community. The food is exceptional, and the bistro and bar team go above and beyond to provide compassionate service in a relaxed, uplifting setting. The interiors are beautifully maintained, and we were pleased to see my uncle finish a tailored exercise session with the in-house physical trainer. Willowbrook View feels like a five-star hotel-with all the warmth of home.
