My lovely husband has now been in Iverley View for 6 months. From his very first day here, he has been incredibly happy, looked after so well, and his every need is catered for. His personal care has been faultless. As a family, we have also been so well looked after. The staff have now become
friends and our Icerley family, love them all very much. Cannot thank them enough.

We visit our friend regularly, and we are always greeted as if we are long lost friends by the staff, which is lovely. There is always a smile on all the staff's faces, and they are so helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. It truly is like a 5 star hotel.

Always made welcome into a clean, warm and safe care home. Staff are excellent and always go 'the extra mile'.

Really welcoming lovely caring thoughtful staff. My Dad was so very well looked after after his full knee replacement, he was encouraged to get up and about, his medication was monitored by the staff. All his belongings were tagged and washed as and when needed. Foods were adapted when his appitite
was a little selective.
I can't thank the care home enough for all the love & support they gave - not only to my Dad, but to me and my family. Thank you all so very much for you love warmth and care x

The staff at Iverley genuinely care for the residents. My dad is treated with love and compassion and is so well looked after. Not only that, Iverley has welcomed my mum and the rest of our family with open arms and they make visiting a pleasure.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating to your every need. They are a credit to Iverley.
Nothing is too much trouble.
The food and decor is exceptional.
My mother in law was in the best hands whilst we went on holiday.
Every member of staff was welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure my
mother in laws stay was a top class experience for her.
She has been invited back for a complimentary afternoon tea which she is very much looking forward to.
Overall a wonderful home from home experience for her and peace of mind for us her family knowing that her every need is being genuinely taken care of.
A mention to the incredible staff I met at iverley care home where nothing was too much trouble and also wanted to give my mother in law the best experience whilst in their care.
The home service advisor, the manager and the senior care assistant. You are amazing.

Iverley view is amazing!! The staff are lovely, always welcoming and greet you with lovely coffee and homemade cakes!! The activities are very good and my grandad is very happy here. It's perfect! The food is also incredible, absolutely delicious!!!

From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, I knew this care home was something truly special. Nestled a beautifully landscaped gardens, it radiates calm & comfort at every turn. The architecture & interior spaces are as thoughtful as they are elegant-clearly designed with both practical care &
aesthetic grace in mind.
But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Intelligent, warm, & genuinely caring, every team member I've met goes above & beyond-not just professionally, but personally. There's a real spirit of kindness here. They take the time to get to know each resident, understand their individual needs, & create a space that feels safe, dignified, & full of heart.
Leaving a loved one in someone else's care is never easy. But here, I feel an immense sense of trust & peace. I know they're not only well looked after-they're seen, heard, & cherished. For anyone searching for a place that embodies compassion, safety, and excellence, this care home is an absolute gem.

My wife's period of respite care has been very successful.
The staff and facilities are very impressive. The major benefits have been the insights into, and management of her condition that have been introduced.
We would have no hesitation in arranging another period of respite care if and when
appropriate.

When I first arrived I was apprehensive as I didn't know what to expect. I shoudl not have worried. I was soon put at my ease. All the staff were very attentive. My likes & dislikes and allergies were ascertained & I found it easy to settle in. Any problems were sorted for me. All the staff have
been a delight.

This care home is out off this would, clean, great staff and a very friendly home, l would recommend it to everyone to go and see, food is of the best standard, mitchelling cheff, top class pastery cheff

Lovely care home, staff fantastic and the food is outstanding, you made feel welcome and a great place to be cared for. Knowledge of all the staff is brilliant you're treated with respect. Staff will do anything for you I recommend this care home to anyone that is looking for care for family

My husband was in the care home for two weeks' respite - whilst there he was cared for excellently by everyone. I and all friends who visited were welcomed by the friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very helpful with information when answering any questions. I will
certainly be recommending the care home to everyone.

We couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care provided at this home. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel so welcome - they're genuinely friendly, caring, and always ready with a smile. The entire atmosphere is warm and homely, not just for the residents but for visitors too.
It truly feels like a second home for dad and myself when visiting him as I can come 247.
The quality of care and attention to detail is exceptional. The service is outstanding, and the food is always delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It's clear that everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, happy, and well looked after. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do - you make such a difference!
