My mother, who has dementia, initially stayed at Iverley View for respite care. As it became increasingly challenging for me to care for her at home, I recognized that it would be more beneficial for her to transition to a care home permanently. This was an incredibly difficult decision for our family to make. Louise and Lisa have provided unwavering support throughout. The staff at Iverley View have been truly wonderful. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with warmth and a welcoming smile. Since becoming a resident, my mother has shown significant improvement; she is more engaged in conversation and has gained greater independence. The rooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard, and the floor known as "Memory Lane" is specifically designed with activities for individuals with dementia. Freshly prepared meals are provided throughout the day, along with numerous treats in between. The gardens are kept impeccable and lovely for mom and I to sit in on a warm sunny

The home is lovely as its only a year old. It's immaculate and well set out. There is a lounge and dining room on each floor, as well as a hairdresser room and cinema space. I have found all the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The meals are good and served the same way they do in a restaurant. They have planned event's must days to keep everyone active and amused. It would be somewhere I would want to live if it came to that.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear that you find our home welcoming, well-designed, and maintained to such a high standard. Creating a comfortable environment for our residents is very important to us, so its wonderful to know that the layout, facilities, and...

The care my dad received was first-class. The manager and assistant manager were very professional and caring. The food was excellent, and the chefs were always flexible. My dad gained weight during his stay. Most importantly, the everyday care and compassion from all the staff were so wonderful to see. They were his family.

The upstairs lounge was beautifully decorated with a magnificent balloon arch, thanks to Molly for that! Photos of Tony and our family were put on the T.V screen, we cannot thank every member of our Iverley friends for going the extra mile and more fabulous memories made. Love them all very much.

My dad has been a resident at Iverley since May 2025. This weekend has been his 80th birthday. The staff at Iverley have gone all out to make it a special occasion for him and our family. From beautiful balloons and decorations, to a fabulous cake and party food. They've collated photos of dad into a memory book and signed it with their best wishes. All the staff have shown dad love and affection and made the weekend so special for us all.

Really welcoming lovely caring thoughtful staff. My Dad was so very well looked after after his full knee replacement, he was encouraged to get up and about, his medication was monitored by the staff. All his belongings were tagged and washed as and when needed. Foods were adapted when his appitite was a little selective.

Meet the Team (7)

I have been in the care sector for 20 years. I have done various roles, but my passion is in admin. I love working in care and couldn’t think of a nicer place to work. I love spending time with residents and discussing their lives before coming into care. I always feel the older generation has lovely stories and experiences to share.
My personal interests are watching Aston Villa, Rugby and Basketball. I love love love music of all types, it's my go-to therapy. I am very much a family person and love spending time with my son, daughter and grandchildren. Watching my grandchildren go through the early stages of childhood is heart-warming, and I am so privileged to watch them grow up.
I truly believe that life is about making memories and trying new things.

Hey! I'm Louise
I'm thrilled to be joining the team at Iverley View as a Home Service Advisor.
My role is to ensure our residents and their families have a seamless and enjoyable experience whilst transitioning into Iverley View.
My goal is to make everyone feel safe, valued and at home, whilst creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and my beautiful granddaughter, Mila. I love going out on nice walks and enjoy a cheeky pina colada!
I am excited to be part of this wonderful community and look forward to getting to know everyone.
Pop in, say hello and grab a coffee with me :)

Hi, I’m Matt!
Proud Head Chef here at Iverley View. I originally trained in Coventry and have spent over 20 years travelling across the UK, cooking in fine dining restaurants and working alongside a few well-known celebrity chefs.
One of my proudest moments was cooking for royalty at a bespoke charity event in Mayfair back in 2010.
I now live in Wolverhampton with my wife, who loves it when I whip up her favourite dish: a delicious Spanish seafood stew!
Outside the kitchen, I have a real passion for wild foraging. You’ll often find me photographing wild garlic, elderflower, and mushrooms – just for fun (and maybe inspiration!).
Fun fact: I’m 6ft 7 – so it’s no surprise my nickname is BFG!

Hi, I’m Molly,
I’m the Activities Co-ordinator here at Iverley View, bringing energy and creativity.
I've worked in the care industry for over 4 years, and I'm so happy to be part of the Barchester family.
My goal is to make sure every day is engaging, fun and meaningful for our residents; whether that’s through activities, social events, or simply sharing a good chit chat.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about travelling and exploring new places. I love spending time with my beautiful Labrador/pug (Pugador), Bella. She loves coming on new adventures with me!
I look forward to meeting you at Iverley View.

Hi I'm Scott,

Thank you for reading! If you pop into Iverley View at any time and see me, please come and say hello.

My name is Amy, I am a General Assistant, this is my first job in Care.
I decided to apply for this role as I wanted a new challenge and to learn new skills.
I am looking forward to working Barchester.

My role within the home is maintenance assistant. I was very excited to be given the role and to be part of the Iverley View family.
I have a vast number of years of experience in construction/maintenance, and I bring with me a wealth of knowledge.Things you didn’t know about me…
I feel very proud and honoured to have had lunch with Queen Elizabeth, and met on various occasions, Princess Anne, the Duke & Duchess of Kent, and many more. Having said that, I am very down to earth, a team player and really glad to be part of an excellent team.
I will ensure a full contribution to the continued well-being and daily values of our dear residents in the Barchester community.
Please come and say hello, see you soon, Jesse!
