The most impressive care home we have ever visited. As visitors we are always made very welcome.

More like a luxury hotel than a care home! A real home from home. The staff and management are truly excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Such a friendly and welcoming place and given my dad a wonderful two weeks respite care. He loved it so much he'd be happy to return, and we'll definitely
support his return here. Thank you all!

The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, on each visit, I was warmly welcomed and could clearly see how well my grandad was cared for.

My Mom is now a resident, from the day she arrived Sept 2025, to the present day. All of her needs have been met by the kind & caring staff here. They have made Mom feel part of a wider family from the care staff/house keeping/maintenance man & events ladies, they have shown Mom respect & kindness.
Chef will also accommodate individual need where possible.

Mum was settled in really well. We are very happy with the level of her care and the facilities. The staff are fantastic, very caring. We even had Christmas day dinner at the care home with Mum, it was lovely food and we had a great day.

I found Stowe Mount really nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful and every request is seen to. I love the way they embrace the seasons, encouraged all the residents to take part in activities, lots of smiling faces all round.

All of the carers are very attentive to all of the residents, laughing and joking with everyone. They have many activities involving the community.

Grandfather is really happy living here, which makes us feel like it was a good decision. The activities are fabulous and movie afternoon is a big hit. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough. Brilliant place.

Stowe Manor is the first place that I have visited where I truly feel happy knowing my nan is here safe and happy.
I come to visit at least once a week and usually at meal times since I work Mon-Fri in the day times and the staff and food are always top tier.

Amazing home. Great atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Always made welcome when we visit. We often get lunch, which is extremely good quality food.

To see the change in my mom since she has been staying in Stowe Mount is truly amazing. The care, support and facilities are excellent. I can go after a visit and not have to worry if mom is being looked after. She is back opt her happy self!

My nan was made so welcome from the first day. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The home is like a 5 star hotel. Never have to worry if nan is looked after.

Dad has been in Stowe Mount for two weeks. We are amazed with his progress in the two weeks. No fails and walking much better. The staff are so kind, attentive and friendly. The food is excellent- dad loves it! Thank you very much!

Was very reluctant to go into a care home for a respite period but from the moment she got there she warmed to the staff & environment. Everyone was so very helpful & respectful and she soon felt more confident and reassured when staying there. In fact she expressed that the whole experience was so
much better than she had thought it would be and she would be very happy to go back if she needed future respite. In her 2 week stay she made good relationships with several staff who were regularly available to support her. They always made time to chat to her, nothing was too much trouble & they were attentive to her needs. I would recommend Stowe Mount without any hesitation.
