Springwood staff have been very accommodating to my father who has been unable to stay in his home due to emergency building works. They have shown to be extremely thoughtful and caring to his needs. I have found the home to hold high standards of cleanliness. Whenever I have visited or phoned staff
are polite and helpful.

My mum has been in Springwood Corner for 2 months, has settled well. The home is a friendly environment, staff are very caring and welcoming to me on my visit. I have no concerns for her safety and care at this time.

My mother-in-law recently moved into Springwood Corner, it is a lovely welcoming home, staff are very caring and attentive to her needs. I am made to feel very welcome in my visits. There is plenty of activities for her to take part in. She appears to have settled in very well and is happy- thank

I was apprehensive when my step mother was admitted to a care home. However I need not have worried as the care, facilities and friendly staff at Springwood Corner are first class.
I particularly appreciate seeing the social media videos. I live I Blackpool and am elderly myself so unable to visit
but through the videos I am able to see my step mom and how well she is doing. She looks healthier and has put on weight so the food there must be good!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Springwood Corner. Gillian.

Since Joyce has moved into the home Springwood Corner, it is now a joy to go and see her, whereas previously, when she was at home, there was always a list of jobs to do to try and keep on top of things for her. Springwood Corner has replaced her own home but for the better, we are welcomed as a
family when we visit with all the stress taken away.

When I walked into the care home I thought it was amazing. The decor was lovely very clean tidy, everyone was friendly and happy. My mother loved it I never thought we would get her in a care home. She very happy there and made friends. Her room is lovely and her bed she loves. Thank you.

My mum has been a resident since February 26 and I have been extremely impressed by the home and even more by the staff. The home is very well equipped and the the daily activities great. My mum loves being in there especially how caring the staff is.

Very impressed by the facility and the staff. Thoroughly excellent. Resident has care and housekeeping staff available all the time and feels safe and secure. The team is on hand 24x7 for his care and they perform hourly checks throughout the nights.

This Care Home runs to a very high standard and my mum couldn't be more comfortable and happier. The staff are very professional and friendly. There is a great choice of food and it's of great quality the way it's presented and prepared.

Big thank you to all of the team at Springwood Corner for looking after our loved ones on a two week respite. The rooms were made up as a first class hotel ,with the laundry and wardrobes having that Savoy style touch. organised events were especially good and we were kept up today with photos
During their stay and taking part with activities. The catering team helped with our father's 91st birthday party. It went so well making us precious memories together. overall experience at Springwood corner was emotional for all of us but with the help of the team it ran smoothly and our parents thoroughly enjoyed it. The nursing team help settle them into their two week respite and we are hoping that they will revisit it again for another respite soon.

My sister and her husband became residents of Springwood Corner Care Home in July 2025. The welcome they received was amazing. Their rooms and the staff are just marvellous and greatly helps to make my sister and her husband feel happy and contented. They also take part in the activities which
occur every day. I have visited twice and also been made welcome with coffee and cake in the Bistro. Thank you all so much.

My mother has been a resident at Springwood Corner Care Home, run by Avery, for 6 weeks, this folliwing hip-surgery and a period in an alternative home and am so happy to say her general health, well-being and all round confidence, has improved significantly.
All staff are extremely friendly,
helpfull and professional in tge care that they provide.
The food is amazing at every service and familly are encouraged to join residents. In addition my fsmilly have today enjoyed a superb sunday roast of Chicken, Gammon with a selection of potatoes and vegetable with a glass of wine....or two.
The environment is modern and stylish and the premises maintained to a high standard.
I would like to thank the whole team for the love and care that is provided to my mother.

My sister-in-law moved in a month ago today, she settled in extremely quickly after an anxious time at her previous home. It feels as though she has been there much longer as the time has passed so quickly with all the activities which is on offer to her. Her room is beautiful and all the staff
are wonderfully caring and friendly. The standard of the food is on par to a high class restaurant and they cater for all dietary needs. I have no hesitation to recommend Springwood Corner to anyone.

Avery Springwood Corner has provided an excellent environment for my brother from the moment he arrived, and the home is of a very high standard for the Care industry. When I arrive I feel a sense of professionalism throughout the home, whether it's housekeeping, catering,, carers, activitiy or
reception, all departments are run extremely well.. The team in place is led by a sound management where attention to detail is brilliant. My brother is extremely happy there and is much more engaging with family and staff who help to make his day happy. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to this beautiful home.

My father and the whole family received such a warm friendly welcome that we immediately felt at ease and knew we had made the right choice. The care staff and all the managers are knowledgeable & professional and couldn't do enough for Dad. The care is certainly centered to the individual resident.
The food and the dining areas area of a very high standard as are all rooms in the home. Very happy to recommend Springwood Corner.

From the moment of my original contact with Client Liaison Manager prior to the completion of the care home to the present time all of the staff looking after my sister-in-law have been helpful, courteous and caring for her. Since moving in she has joined in with activities and seems to be
thoroughly enjoying herself in her new environment. Due to the assistance of the staff she is settling in really well following a bereavement and it is nice to see a smile back on her face. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Care Home to anyone. In fact both myself and my wife have said that it would be a nice place to be cared for when we are unable to care for ourselves.

Excellent service, friendly and conscientious staff who are very caring and go the extra mile to ensure a very good experience. The food is very good and well presented. The care home is immaculately maintained. We would highly recommend.

I cannot praise Springwood Corner highly enough. More like a 5* Hotel!
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the residents are treated with respect and understanding.
The facilities are excellent unlike any other 'care home' we looked at.

My sister-in-law moved in on 17th June, the first resident. Obviously a strange experience and a lot to take in and adjust to. She has dealt with it extremely well. Most of the credit for this can only be due to the staff. They have been most welcoming, caring and supportive. We have been
very concerned about her but no longer. She is in a safe, cosy and comfortable place. We have enjoyed being part of the Springwood family.
I have submitted high ratings based on little experience but, up to now, have found nothing to fault.
