A truly lovely care home with caring, compassionate staff who go above and beyond for residents. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and it's clear that everyone is treated with dignity and kindness. The home is always clean, comfortable, and well organised, with plenty of activities
and support available. Communication with families is excellent, giving real peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful care and dedication you provide every day.

From the initial contact and viewing of the home, staff have been welcoming and shown us around. Care has been excellent. Excellent facility and always kept clean. Staff caring and helpful.

We've been so impressed with the care our nan receives here. The staff are genuinely kind, compassionate, and always go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and happy. The management team are amazing - so supportive, approachable, and always willing to help with anything we need. It gives
our family real peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands. We can't thank everyone enough for the incredible work they do every day. Highly recommended

My father has settled in really quickly and without any problems due to the lovely warm and welcoming staff.
All my contact with the home has been informative and reassuring
-nothing is too much for them.
He is now safe, happy, eating well and relaxed. I can at last be his daughter again.

I have a friend who resided at Kinglea Court, first impressions is that it looks a feels like a luxury hotel, my friend is honestly having the time of her life. She has only ever told me great things and she's excited to meet new residents as they come in. Lisa and Jade were especially helpful to
her when she first arrived and made her feel safe, settled and welcomed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a care home.

Very impressed by all aspects of the care provided by Kinglea Court.
My father was admitted at a point of need and from the first conversation everything has been excellent. The care has extended to my mother, my husband and myself when we visit as well.
Just such a caring and professional
team and wonderful facilities. The home has only being open for a short time so the number of residents is currently low and by definition everything is new and shiny but I am sure the high standards I have experienced will continue.

The standard of care my Father-in-law is first class. From the moment he entered the home, every staff member we have interaction has been completely professional and dedicated to his welfare.
The general manager and care manager carried out a home visit within an hour of our call. They made all
the arrangements to safely transport my father-in-law to the home, and ensured that he was able to receive the support and care that he needs. We have been able to witness this fantastic level of care during visits
The building is brand new. As you would expect the rooms are spacious and all public rooms beautifully decorated.
When visiting we have been offered refreshments and lunch which is a nice touch.

Walking in the building, I was made to feel so welcome and seeing my friend with a big smile on his face was amazing to see. I was invited to have lunch with him, which I expected, the lunch was very tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed a glass of wine and then had a tour of the grounds, wildlife and
picturesque gardens, with bird feeders. My friend was so overwhelmed.
