We're delighted to hear that you found our team welcoming and helpful, our home clean and comfortable, and our grounds and food enjoyable. Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and we appreciate your kind feedback.
'I've had a marvellous time'' her first words when we went to collect her. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is lovely, she has made new friends and although she doesn't feel she needs to be a full time resident just yet, she is quietly looking forward to future opportunities to stay. And what I find really really nice is the Kinglea Court team have invited her back once a month to have lunch with her new friends. The first date is in her diary. Kinglea Court is better than a hotel!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and kind words. We are delighted that your mother-in-law had such an enjoyable respite stay and felt so welcomed by our team. It means a great deal to know she made new friends, enjoyed the food, and is already looking forward to returning. We look...
Fantastic. All staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The home was exceptionally clean and the food was delicious. Laundry service was quick and efficient.. I enjoyed the activities that were provided and in particular, the cinema room.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted you enjoyed your stay at Kinglea Court and that our team helped make it such a positive experience. It's wonderful to hear you enjoyed the food, activities, and especially our cinema room! We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
My mum had a very pleasant 2 week respite stay with you in June. From the initial pre visit until her last day every body involved with Mum was so kind and caring. All mum's needs were catered for and much more. She really enjoyed the numerous activities that were provided, the happy atmosphere in the home and how the staff would go 'that extra mile' to help, nothing was too much for them. When we visited mum during her stay we had such tasty meals, the menu was varied and the food was restaurant quality. We observed how well the staff interacted with the residents, there was such a special bond, a camaraderie, such a joy to see. Mum said she had a marvellous time during her stay and has made new friends too. She plans to keep in touch. The location is perfect too, beautiful surroundings and the home is comparable to a quality hotel. Kinglea Court should be so proud of what they've achieved and I hope many more new residents will enjoy their stay at this amazing care home. 10/10

I am a respite resident at KC. It is the very best of homes, excellent food, service, care, all bright and shining. I am being so spoilt, it is a pleasure to be there. The staff are the nicest people I have ever met, and in my 96 years, I have met quite a few. Today we had a charming singer and keep fit dominoes and a good laugh.

Very impressed by all aspects of the care provided by Kinglea Court.
My father was admitted at a point of need and from the first conversation everything has been excellent. The care has extended to my mother, my husband and myself when we visit as well.
Just such a caring and professional team and wonderful facilities. The home has only being open for a short time so the number of residents is currently low and by definition everything is new and shiny but I am sure the high standards I have experienced will continue.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We're truly grateful for your words and for the trust you've placed in us at such an important time for your family. It means a great deal to hear that the care and support provided to your father and to all of you during your visits has made a...
The general manager and care manager carried out a home visit within an hour of our call. They made all the arrangements to safely transport my father-in-law to the home, and ensured that he was able to receive the support and care that he needs. We have been able to witness this fantastic level of care during visits
The building is brand new. As you would expect the rooms are spacious and all public rooms beautifully decorated.
When visiting we have been offered refreshments and lunch which is a nice touch.
Our thanks to all the wonderful staff at the home
Thank you for your kind words, we are glad we were able to support in a time of need. We take great pride in providing exceptional care for residents and relatives, guiding them through their care journey. We will proudly share the review our team.
Walking in the building, I was made to feel so welcome and seeing my friend with a big smile on his face was amazing to see. I was invited to have lunch with him, which I expected, the lunch was very tasty and plentiful. We enjoyed a glass of wine and then had a tour of the grounds, wildlife and picturesque gardens, with bird feeders. My friend was so overwhelmed.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It really means a lot to hear how welcome you felt and to know your friend enjoyed the day so much. Seeing those smiles, sharing lunch, and spending time in our gardens are exactly the moments we love to create. We hope to see you again very soon.
