My mum has been here for the last month and has received excellent care from everyone.
Her room is always clean and tidy. Her clothes are always washed and ironed.
The management have always been available to address any concerns we had.
My brother and I would like to thank everyone for their
care and attention.

My mum was at butts Croft for one month
The care she received was first class from all the carers
Her room was cleaned on a daily basis as well as her laundry
The management acted promptly on any issues we had - all resolved promptly

Mum spent 9 weeks in Butts croft house as a D2A placement after being discharged from hospital and after a difficult settling in process she settled well and made friends with staff and other residents,careers provided a good standard of care and were caring and patient with residents there were
daily activities and residents were encouraged to participate, housekeepers worked hard to keep the home clean and tidy only downfall is location as it's not close to public transport if you don't drive hence why we had to move mum

My Dad Bryan has been at the Care home for about 18months . He seems happy . The staff are very caring and friendly , he is also clean and well presented . The home is a clean and tidy . If I have any issues the Manager and team leaders are always available to speak to.

Hi I'm Walter Son, his been a resident for round about 6 months ,me & my Mum thinks Staff are friendly & always welcoming when me & my Mum visit,the Room my Dad stays in is always nice & clean ,the room has good lighting & view with Window plus a TV to keep him company with the Sounds on TV also
means we can watch DVD's when we visit, Management is always quick to respond & caring ,plus they are happy with us asking questions & giving us any important information....

Dad has been at Butts Croft House now for six weeks. The staff are very helpful and caring. Dad is always clean and dressed every time I visit and the communication from the home is excellent. It's comforting to know he is being so well looked after, thank you!

Just everyone is so helpful and make us feel welcome.
They look after my Aunt exceptionally well.
She enjoy being there as she cannot go home at the moment so Buttscroft is her home.
She had a nice day for birthday yesterday made her a really nice cake.

Lovely care home. Friendly staff who really do care and engage with residents. Happy and pleasant atmosphere. Mum is well looked after and staff have made her feel at home since the first day she arrived.

My mother stayed at Butts Croft for 7 weeks after being released from hospital. The care and attention that she received from the whole team was nothing short of superb. I knew that my Mother was in very safe hands. A+++++++

My dad has been at Butts Croft since December '23. He settled in very quickly and has been very comfortable ever since. The staff are exceptional and extremely caring.
It's great to feel he's in a safe place and being well looked after.

Mum has been living in Butts Croft House for four years.i have found all staff very caring & thoughtful. Mum is always clean & tidy no matter when visited. The communication between the home & myself is excellent.Special days are celebrated & videos shared with family. Thank for everything you do

Visited today for the first time, taking my very elderly mum to see a much loved former neighbour and close friend. Received a warm friendly welcome and my first impressions were excellent. Main living room was warm, bright, nicely decorated, with plants and more importantly, staff were engaging
politely and with warmth and respect with the residents, who all seemed comfortable and well dressed, hair done etc. Having visited many other care homes as a registered nurse, I am acutely aware that this is not always the case. Very impressed: well done and thank you.

my mum has been at butts croft for seven months ,the care she has received is fantastic.she is as happy as she could be.the management keep me informed about any medical problems. She now regards this as home and family my brother and I visit mum at least five times a week. We are very happy.thank

A lovely small care home, where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The staff work hard at providing a caring environment for the family. Guests are welcomed and made to feel at home. The staff team keep family updated with regular updates and photos to offer reassurance on our loved ones and
are always available to answer any questions we may have.

My lovely nan, who has dementia bless her, came to Butts Croft August 23. The staff here have done nothing but go above and beyond for her since day 1. The effort and care that goes into this place is like nothing I have ever seen. Knowing my nan's needs are met and we can have peace of mind knowing
she is safe and happy is something you just can’t put a price on. The staff conduct parties, games and activities often to keep the residents' spirits up and always make sure they’re well dressed and fed. I love how friendly and how well the staff talk to the residents, it’s very heartwarming to hear when I visit. We are always greeted with big smiles and tea and biscuits! I could not recommend Butts Croft enough!

My mum was taken to this home in November from the hospital for an assessment, I was worried I didn’t want mum in a home but my niece and I could not give her the care she needed as we could not be there 24/7. She was sent to the home for a 6-8 week assessment. I went the next day when Mum was taken
there, the staff were and are amazing nothing is too much trouble for them. Mum has now made new friends and she joins in all the activities. After the assessment we decided with Mum for her to remain there, she loves the team leaders and she loves the staff, Mum is happy so I’m happy. I feel we are very fortunate to have found such a caring home. The care Mum gets is fabulous, the home was recently taken over and the CQC rating was based on the fact they had new management, please do not let the CQC rating fool you, this is a fabulous care home I would recommend to anyone looking for a home. The manager is present in the home and is a very nice and very approachable person.

She was sent to the home for a 6-8 week assessment. I went the next day when Mum was taken
