Fees includes cost for accommodation, food and caring services. Family or resident have to pay for hairdressing, chiropodist & Hospital visits (carers time) and continence pads ,if needed (until NHS assess, approve their continence needs and allocate pads).

Visitors need to call care home and take an appointment prior to visit. Usually home is open for visitors from 9am to 6pm,but between 12pm to 1 pm (lunch time) no visitors are allowed.
Free parking at the front of the house but limited spaces 3-4.
Visitors can park off road further down the church lane or right across the road.

Thank you for raising concerns, corrective measures have been put in place for middle management.
It's disheartening to listen to concerns over caring as we were under the impression during 2 years of your father's stay, that as a family, you all were happy with the care.
We have options for budget, luxury, and premium rooms for families to choose from. We apologise if these options weren't discussed whilst your father was in our care. I agree there is wear and tear in the section of the building where your father was, and we are taking up remedial work in the upcoming summer.
We believe, complaints/concerns, drive us to perfection if acted upon. We respect the feelings behind these concerns and appreciate you for bringing them to our notice.
For 35 yrs Butts Croft has been known for caring, and we will continue to serve with the same spirit 'Caring with Heart'.
