I have had an outstanding experience with Heaver court care home, my father has been a resident since April 2025 .
I am blown away by the exceptional care and service provided. The staff & management are professional & caring , they go above and beyond to ensure my father & all the residents are
comfortable & happy.
The facilities are clean & well maintained, with a range of activities to keep the residents engaged and stimulated. My father enjoys all the delicious & nutrition foods available.
What really stood out was the compassion & kindness shown by all staff & management, they truly care about the residents and family members & it shows .
I am absolutely delighted with my dad wellbeing, he has settled in well, & he expresses his feelings by saying how he likes the care home & all the carers.
I have a peace of mind when I leave my father after visiting, as I know he is happy and comfortable, & has made many friends who are in the same level of understanding.

Best service, best place and overall best experience i have seen in ages. I am delightful with the care my auntie receive in this place. Everyone is so helpful and caring. We are so happy with the accommodation and the food too. Very clean and always look and smell fresh.

The management and staff are all extremely caring, respectful, professional and just absolutely amazing.
We couldn't have wished for a better place for my mums respite. They made her feel welcome and totally cared for during her stay. They made everything so simple, effortless and nothing was too
much trouble.

The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very kind, caring, and compassionate. They are really looking after my mum and she looks very happy to be there. Very welcoming of families and not very restricting of visiting times allowing us to see her more. I am very happy and impressed.

My experience with the care home has been nothing but excellent. The home is very clean both inside and out. The residents are well taken care of. Their welfare is taken care of excellently. Residents are kept clean down to their toe nails. I have nothing bad to say about their service

When I went to visit my Uncle, the premises was very clean. The staff were very friendly and I was very impressed with the service and care provided to him. All the residents also looked very well looked after.

All of our family would like to thank the management & staff of Heavers Court for caring for our Mum/Grandma/Great Grandma & Friend from February 2020 to January 2025 when we sadly lost her.

Heavers Court Care Home is an exceptional care home. Very clean lovely decor. All staff very friendly and helpful at all times especially the Care Manager who goes out of her way to keep everyone informed of any developments regarding my Mothers stay at this lovely care home. Location is very good,
her room is of a very high standard and very well furnished. All communal areas are exceptional as well. Also we have had several family members and friends who also commented on the high standard of Heavers Court Care Home. Well done to everyone. And please pass on my thanks and regards as my Mum is very settled and very happy to be part of this excellent care home. From a devoted Son who lives in Herne Bay Kent.

My experience is of my mother being very happy and content at Heavers Court Care Home. I see her engaging really well with all the other residents, including their relatives and staff. She thoroughly enjoys taking part in various activities, and tells me she likes the food and also likes her room. I
feel very reassured when I see her and I really appreciate the kindness and dignity she is treated with. Each visit I find her room clean and tidy. I am extremely happy with the communication I have with the Carers and Manager as I am kept updated about activities or any personal issues and it is easy for me to raise any issues or provide feedback. Heavers Court has a very friendly and calm atmosphere. Only negative feedback which I shared along with others at the most recent Relative's Meeting is unreliable access to the building at weekends when there's no one on reception, it can take too long to get access into the building

Mum loves it in this home. Mum has been here a few months and she absolutely loves the companionship. Great staff who manage Mum's care needs and give all the residents activities that keep them happy.

Dad seems happier and brighter since he has been at Heavers Court. He is always clean and well cared for. The staff are always friendly, respectful and approachable at all times. There are daily activities for the residents to participate in.

Very good manager. Proactive staff and I am happy with the treatment of my friend.
He says he is very happy there with the staff and his treatment. They are friendly and caring.
The food is tasty and nutritional and he has a varied diet.

Mum has been with Heavers Court for almost 4 years. The staff are caring, friendly, and professional. The staff are very hard-working and capable but I wonder if there should be more of them to make sure they meet the needs of all the residents. Mum is always clean, well fed, and happy when I
visit, and I know without doubt that she is cared for very well 24/7.

I am very sad that in my wife's third year of residence at Heavers Court my family and I have had to remove her to another home. This, despite my appreciation of the hard work and dedication of many of the carers in the home. Also, that she was happy with the care she received - especially the food!
Indeed, she came to say that 'This is my home now'. However, after what was evidently a fall that broke her hip but which was not diagnosed until 17 days later, her continuing excruciating pain necessitated her removal to Croydon hospital where she was operated on. The details of how this was allowed to occur will have to be explored to ensure it is not repeated for any other resident. So too will the grade 3 pressure sore hospital staff were shocked to discover she had developed. This too is unacceptable! (My ratings don't adequately reflect this experience).

Mum has been here at Heavers for the last five years. She has been very happy and the staff treat each resident as an individual. The facilities are bright and modern. Having access to their lovely gardens was always a bonus on visits. Mum has just passed away at Heavers. I cannot praise the care,
dignity and compassion that everyone showed her during her last days. We will always be very grateful to the care manager, and her team for everything they have done for our mum during her time at Heavers.

The care and attention given to my husband were heartwarming. His care package was adjusted very quickly when his condition changed for the worst. The assigned GP was marvellous too. The quality and frequency of entertainment for the residents is extremely impressive. A huge thank you for making my
husband's stray so homely.

My husband has been in this care home for a year and I can’t speak highly enough of it. The staff are so caring and professional and have been so supportive to me too as I found the transition very difficult. My husband laughs a lot and they have even got him dancing, which in 39 years of marriage I
have failed to do! I am so thankful to all the staff for giving us so many happy memories in what has been a very difficult time for us all.
