My cousin is comfortable and enjoys the fantastic staff looking after him. He loves the music and entainment. It a wonderful care home. Belmont Lodge is a home for love and care for any residents.

My father was assessed to be admitted to Belmont , the assessment was very quick and efficient and was accepted into the care home , the home was very welcoming , clean has good facilities , the courtyard is accessible and is beautiful especially just to have a bit of outside space , even though my fathers needs have changed and will not be moving in , we want to thank Belmont Lodge for how welcoming they are and how they made us feel in

The staff are excellent, Mum is really well looked after. Have not got to worry I know my mum is well looked after.

The majority of the staff at Belmont Lodge are brilliant. Unfortunately the care home is run down, has a strong smell of urine and is lacking general upkeep. You are made to feel unwelcome while visiting your family member, visiting stops at 4pm meaning its very difficult to go after work as you are refused at the door. Overall the care is good but the care home itself is in need of a serious upgrade, there isn't anywhere for you to sit privately with your family member and Unfortunately have to be huddled up in their room. The bedrooms are dated as are the bathrooms - very basic living space. Carpets are dirty as is the floor, which in some places is held down with tape. The garden again is need of some TLC. I would recommend this care home based on some of the staff members but not for the facility itself.

Happy, friendly staff make happy residents. Treated with dignity, good food, always clean. Back in August, Dad came home directly from the hospital. With great care, he has improved within two weeks - walking and eating. Now chest infection and falling out of bed, he is being helped to recover again. Great patience and caring staff.

Amazing place, really welcoming, a great place for my nan to stay. Entertainment is excellent, always getting people involved.

My Dad was in Belmont Lodge for a short time when he needed 24-hour care and Belmont staff were the very best we could have asked for. Not just caring but loving him as we did. Huge praise for every member of staff, we cannot praise this care home enough. Thank you, Belmont!

My dad was giving up, just sitting in hospital. Bit since he has come to Belmont Lodge Care Centre, he is a changed man, so happy now and all the staff are so good with him, nothing is too much for them. Couldn't think of a better home for him to be in.

Best thing I did for my husband. Can't describe what a lovely home it is. The staff are wonderful, they can't do enough for the patients. It's as if my husband has come alive again. The care is first-class.

My mum's been at this home for the past fourteen months, she is really happy here, it's like home from home, very clean. All the carers are lovely and do a good job and the activities are good and the activity ladies are excellent.

Have always felt that my sister is well looked after here at Belmont Lodge. They are always helpful when I phone and answer any queries I have. She seems very happy here and looked after. The staff are very kind and always polite.

The staff are very nice, I have made many friends. I am very new to Belmont Lodge but I have settled in very well. I really like my bedroom very much. I'm enjoying all the activities every day.

Each time I come I'm always so appreciative of how friendly the staff are and how caring they are towards the residents. Most importantly, my grandad only ever has positive things to say - about how kind and attentive the team are and what a nice atmosphere the home has.
