The care home is in a lovely location and provides a very well-decorated space for residents. Carers do their jobs very well, but seem stretched across their duties - it isn't uncommon for their to be only 1 carer present on a floor i.e. the Upper Valleys. It would be good for all personal items to
be labelled with name of resident and room number. Things like ingrown toe nails should be discovered and dealt with before problems are seen/reported directly from residents. Visitors are expected to know where 'Daisy Lane' is without any signs.

Brampton View has been amazing from he beginning, from the reception members to the nurses and carers. They have made my mum and family members comfortable and relieved to have found such a caring home. Her last care home found her to difficult to look after because she is quite active, and we are
so glad to have been able to get Mum a forever home at Brampton. the level of care is 5 star,

From the moment mum arrived we knew we had made the right decision. All of the staff are incredible & completely committed to the health, welfare & enjoyment of all of the residents. It's incredible to watch mum making new friends & new memories & taking part in some incredible activities.

After visiting many homes with a view to my mums residential care, the minute I walked into Brampton View, I knew it was for mum. Nothing is too much trouble and my mum, although suffering with Alzheimers is absolutely thriving. She loves it - There are so many activities and she is so happy at
Brampton View. As a family it's a huge weight of our minds to know mum is so well cared for. Long may it continue

The care home looks amazing, it has been recently renovated with all new furniture. The staff are lovely & the meals I have tried are very yummy.
It's a very cosy setting and safe which is the most important thing.

The whole experience has been wonderful from the start to the finish. My mother went in for respite for eight nights. From the initial contact, subsequent meeting, look around & stay I could not fault it. My mum enjoyed her stay very much & loved all the activities provided and said all the staff
were lovely & kind. I couldn't ask for more knowing that she's happy & being well looked after. Thank you to all involved.

My grandmother was recently moved to Brampton View and we could not be happier. Visually the facility is stunning it is spacious, clean and very homely. The staff are all happy, friendly and nothing is too much for them. The care they are providing is outstanding, and they treat her like a member of
the family. The personal care is brilliant, the food is so well balanced and looks delicious, and the variety of activities is wonderful. We were extremely nervous about this process but I can safely say Brampton View have been superb.

Brampton View was straight away an impressive place to visit. We had to move mum from her previous home and what was a very stressful situation became a lot easier due to all the help from the lady carers and staff. We were all made to feel so welcome and mum has settled in well. We cannot recommend
Brampton View enough as they have been so kind both to mum and her family.

Would highly recommend. Mum had her first experience of respite here and everything about the stay was really good. The staff looked after her really well, the facilities were great and the food was amazing. Mum quickly relaxed at the facility, which also meant that as a family we were able to relax
too. We really appreciated her care and within a week of being home have made another respite booking. Thank you so much.

Visited my grandparents who are staying for 4 weeks and was astonished at how lovely the building was. Every member of staff we passed greeted us, and were very welcoming. The events my grandparents have attended so far, they have thoroughly enjoyed.

Very impressed with the beautiful premises and rooms. The staff were more than attentive and caring. Food selection was good and looked nice. We as a family felt my husband could not have been in any better hands. I did not have to worry about him. I was more than comfortable leaving him there.
However as far as my husband is concerned we were disappointed he had to be moved from ground to first floor.

My mum came to Brampton View for rest bite after a fall at home, unfortunately she was unable to go back home without full care , she is now a full time resident.
Mum has settled into the home really well and is very happy and content. The staff are lovely, right from the reception, admin and the
care team, we really can't fault them in anyway. The home is very welcoming, lots going on if you choose to get involved . Highly recommend Brampton View.

Since the new management team arrived approximately twelve/fifteen months ago, there have been major improvements in both the management and care parts of the home.
The standards of care given to my wife are much improved (more friendly, standards of care are better) due to better experience
carers. Thank you.
