I was very impressed with the environment my friend lives in. It feels so homely when you walk in. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the new manager. Staff always try to encourage people to take part in activities and there is always plenty of choices.

Always able to discuss issues with the staff. They take on board any concerns. Care is very good and support is excellent. Medical issues are always dealt with urgently and efficiently by senior staff and nurses.

My son has benefited from a dedicated and extremely caring staff at Pathways. He has come on so well and settled into his life there. It gives me, his father, confidence knowing he is looked after well.
