My father is in the home and the staff on the top floor are all fabulous and look after him so well.
All other staff in the home are also very polite, helpful and courteous at all times.

Fantastic place for him to be.

We have found the team at Beaconsfield to be excellent. Having looked at a few care homes, the team at Beaconsfield were found to be much more engaging with the residents, motivating and caring. Staff are always on hand, they seem to know each of the residents very well and and take the time to chat
to them. A good range of activities take place regularly and my mam is active in things I never expected from her. The restaurant and food are really good and cakes / tea etc in constant supply. The care home always answer the phone straight away, its not a call centre, its the reception desk located in the main lobby of the home, and they action any requests or concerns really well . I have found the whole team to be very supportive in what is obviously a really difficult time when a loved one needs to move into a residential care setting.

Kayley and all the staff have made the transition to a care home for dad as smooth as it could have been. From our initial phone call to settling him in, they have held our hand through out and welcomed dad so warmly.

We've looked at a lot of care homes and this one felt right because the moment you walk into Beaconsfield Heights care home it feels like walking into a really lovely hotel the staff is so caring and attentive they residents look so happy. They have so many different activities on everyday there's
food and drinks available all the time it feels like your on holiday. I wanted a place where my mother in law would not be bored have lots of people to talk to as she was a very social person before her dementia she is so happy there, the staff there always have a smile on their face and is always willing to help. Thank you so much to all the staff there.

My mother has recently become a resident at Beaconsfield Heights. From the initial communication around choosing a care home through to mum moving in, the whole team were supportive, empathetic and genuinely welcoming during a challenging time for all of us to navigate.
The atmosphere is always
friendly and positive and the activities everyday give a purpose for the residents. Being new to this stage of life, we continue to ask questions as to how everything works from nursing care to personal care. The staff are always proactive in their responses and have a "can do attitude" in every department.
So far so good. Thank you.

Without doubt the best facility ever! All of the staff from housekeeping up to senior management are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all available and happy to help. Communication is first class. Food is excellent with a great choice. Activities are varied and regular.
Nobody is left out. Trips out are also fun and frequent.
A first class care home that feels like home.

Putting Mum into a care home was not an easy decision to make but from the very first day we knew it was the right one. Due to the kindness, respect and attentiveness shown to Mum by all staff members she settled in very quickly. The atmosphere at the home is extremely welcoming and offers a range
of fun and engaging activities. Communication with the family is good and I now have peace of mind that Mum is in a safe and nurturing environment. I should leave the last few words to Mum who said "Everyone here is so kind to me, they are always smiling and can't do enough for you".

Mum had been to visit the home a few times before becoming a resident and it was a good opportunity for her and I to get to know the staff and home. Her move was unexpectedly from hospital so the familiarity helped her settle in. The staff are very caring and meet Mum's needs, allowing her to take
her time and do things at her own pace. I feel she is relaxed and safe.

The experience of initially visiting Beaconsfield Heights Care Home and then the rather challenging "moving in" day for my mother was made significantly better by the kindness of the team at the home.
Through her first six months, I have been impressed by how smoothly things operate and how she has
settled in and seems much more relaxed.
The multitude of different activities is a definite highlight.
The security of the dementia floor is also a great weight off my mind, in terms of her safety.

My 95-year-old mother moved into Beaconsfield Heights Care Home at the end of July after a difficult year or so in her own home. Even with carers visiting three times a day, she was finding it increasingly hard to cope. It was so hard for her to move from the house she lived inf or sixty-three years
but after and initial, very wobbly few days, she has settled into her new life. She loves all the activities, the company, the food and is very happy she is being so well looked after - as are we! Thank you to all the staff who have helped my mother through this difficult period of transition.

My aunt has recently moved to Beaconsfield Heights Care home.
I looked at a number of care homes for her but this was the one I could see her settling into easily.
The staff have really treated her as an individual, really getting to know her. The staff are lovely, warm and attentive.
I had quite
a lot of help preparing her room from the very helpful handyman.
The team are great. We've had a boat trip on the Thames at Henley, opera evenings and bingo etc.
We've seen a big improvement in her quality of life.

Dad has really settled into his new life at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home. The memory care team are fantastic, using the information shared about my dad prior to move-in to support him during those early days. He is now thriving, eating well, enjoying the company, activities and tailored trips out.
I cannot thank the dementia care manager and her team enough for all they do for my dad.
